Purpose of this study 1) factors affecting the drop out of Rajamangala University of Technology PhraNakhon students in 2014 academic year. 2) correlation with personal information and 3) solutions to prevent the drop out. A study population are 1179 students who have dropped out in 2014 academic year and 584 lecturers of the Rajamangala University of Technology PhraNakhon. The analysis on the students population will be carried out by computing frequency percentage and Chi-square test to observe independency between the two variables. Also conducting an interview on the 360 students and 70 lecturers of the Rajamangala University of Technology PhraNakhon. From data collecting found that majority of student population status can be put by order as terminated deprived and resigned. Gender hometown occupation of parents/guardians and income of parents/guardians show significant relation to the drop out of the students in 2014 academic year while parents marriage status show no relation with statistically significant of 0.05. From the interview it can be extracted and put in order of contribution that personal issue family issue university environment and lecturer effect the student decision to drop out. Suggested solution: the university should create unique image encourage students to have part-time job during semester set up a consulting and support center provide more financial aid adjust and improve university scenery sourcing/maintenance furniture and equipments to meet usage adequate and quality standard and finally set up a colloquiums focusing a practical application. Therefore Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon should put the result from this study into practical use as a guideline to meet future circumstance and to develop administrative strategy for maximum advantage in the competition.

This study aimed to compare the differences of satisfaction between teachers and graduates in each faculty with stores to service position robe and academic robe which researcher was commissioned by the University for designing a position robe and academic robe. The sample used in this study was faculty / staff of 157 people and 143 graduate students using questionnaires as a tool for data collection. The statistics used in data analysis were percentage mean standard deviation. One-way analysis of variance and the difference is paired with Scheffe.The results showed that Most respondents in the status faculty / staff and a male. Range 31-35 years younger. The analysis compared the difference of satisfaction towards the service stores position robe and academic robe by position as Faculty / Staff and graduate were satisfied with the difference statistically significant at .05 with 11 items. Graduate satisfaction than faculty / staff with 8 items including: The exquisite tailoring. Stitches used sewing machine. Seam stitching successfully the quality of fabric mesh frieze with four branches prominently reasonable price size robe with the appropriate body and overall quality of the robe. For the other three sides by the faculty / staff satisfaction than graduates include the ease of glove management of the store and an overview of services tailor-robe. Teachers and graduates in each faculty satisfaction did not differ statistically significant at the .05 level. The results mentioned above are used to design and improve the design position robe and academic robe and to lead to tailor-made robe in the next year.

The purposes of this research were 1) to study the school academic administration of Rajamangala University of Technology Isan 2) to study the correlation between the administrative factors of school academic administration and the university academic administration of Rajamangala University of Technology Isan 3) to study Factors Effecting on the Administration of Academic Affairs of Rajamangala University of Technology Isan 4) to analyze the multiple regression of Factors Effecting on the Administration of Academic Affairs of Rajamangala University of Technology Isan. The sample groups were Teachers and Administrator in Rajamangala University of Technology Isan. The sample groups were 402 Teachers and Administrators selected through Simple Sampling. The research instrument was a 5 level-rating scales questionnaire with the reliabilities of part 2 and 3 were 0.89 and 0.91 respectively. The statistical Techniques employed in data analysis were percentage mean standard deviation Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient and Enter and stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis by using the Computer program. The results were as follows 1. A whole and each part of the University academic administration of Rajamangala University of Technology Isan were high level. 2. The positive relationship of the administrative factors and the school academic administration of Rajamangala University of Technology Isan were high level and significantly at 0.05 3. A whole factors and each part of the academic administration of Rajamangala University of Technology Isan were high level. 4. For the forecast of best factor Enter and stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis it was found that the budget management(x5) characteristics of teachers(x2) University atmosphere(x6) the relationship between University and community (x3) Performance of administrator(x1) and the readiness of University of administration at 0.05 level significance (x4). If showed a stepwise Multiple Regression (R) of 0.80 finally the forecast for the University academic administration was at 64.40 percent. The purposes of this research were as follows : 1) to construct and find an efficiency of classroom action research on academic work development for teachers in Surin province as the 80/80 standardized criterion efficiency 2)to find the effectiveness index of classroom action research on academic work development for teachers in surin province 3)to compare pre-test scores and post-test score all lessons 4)to study the satisfaction of teachers after they join the class 5)to find the retention of the teachers after join the class in two weeks. The sixty teachers were area or simple random sampling selected from teachers on surin province this research conducted duringthe first semester academic year 2011-2012. 1) An efficiency of classroom action research on academic work development for teachers is surin province was 82.19/81.92 which higher than the 80/80 standardized criterion efficiency.2) The effectiveness index of classroom action research on academic work development for teachers in surin province was 0.7145.3) The results of the comparisons of pre-test scores and post-test scores all lessons were significantly different at 0.05.4)The results of the satisfaction of teachers among a classroom action research on academic work development for teachers among a classroom action research on academic work development for teachers in surin province was found to be a high Level(x=4.27).5) The retention of the teachers after join the class in two week was no significantly different at 0.05.

The purpose of this research was to analyze the satisfaction of students towards the academic service of Academic and Research Affair Faculty of Management Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Isan Surin Campus. The processes of this study were divided into three parts: 1.) the procedures of the academic services providing. 2.) The service of academic department officers/staffs. 3.) The facilities feature that classified into gender (sex) and education level (year) of the students. The populations used were 200 students among the first year to the fourth year students who studied in the academic year of 2011. The tool used consisted was the questionnaire and the statistic data were analyzed by frequency percentage average value mean standard deviation T-test and One-Way ANOVA. The findings were concluded as follows: 1.) The students of Management Technology Faculty Rajamangala University of Technology Isan Surin Campus who had the different in gender (sex) and education level (year) were satisfied the procedures of the academic services providing were in the moderate level. While the service of academic department officers/staffs were in high level and lastly the facilities features were also in high level. 2.) The students of Management Technology Faculty Rajamangala University of Technology Isan Surin Campus who had the different gender were satisfied the procedures of the academic services providing the service of academic department officers/staffs the facilities features in the level of indifferent significant. 3.) The students of Management Technology Faculty Rajamangala University of Technology Isan Surin Campus who had the different education level (year) were satisfied the procedures of the academic services providing the service of academic department officers/staffs the facilities features in the different statistical significant level at 0.05
