The Extraction and Biological Activity of Medicinal Plant Extracts.
The biological activity of erude hexane ethylacetate and methanol extracts from stem bark of Xylocarpus granatum Koen. Walsura trichostemon Miq. And Parinari anamense Hance with sequential extraction and maceration technique. The crude extract was employed toevaluate the biological activity such as the antimicrobial activities test by the Microplate broth dilution techniques the antioxidant activities test by DPPH radical scavenging assay the totalphenolic contents test by the Folin-Ciocalteu method the anti-malaria (Plasmodium falciparum) test by Microculture Radioisotope Technique the anti-Mycobacterium Tuberculosis (anti-TB) test by Green fluorescent protein microplate assay (GFPMA) and the anti-cancer (KB-Oral cavity cancer) test by Resazurin Microplate assay (REMA)
Factors Related to Attitude in Environmental Pollutions of Students in Business Administration of Rajamangala University of Technology in Bangkok
The purpose of this study was to study the some factors related to attitude in environmental pollutions of students and compare attitude in environmental pollutions of students in faculty of business administration at Rajamangala University of Technology in Bangkok in 6 aspects : environmental pollutions water pollution air pollution noise Pollution toxic substances pollution and solid waste pollution. The students were classified by gender academic years and major subjects. The samples in this research were 1745 students. The study participates were selected by stratified random sampling. The 30 item tests and 42 item questionnaires of Likerts rating scales were used as the research instrument. Percentage mean standard deviation t -test for independent sample F -test LSD analysis and multiple correlation (stepwise multiple regression analysis) were statistical methods to analyze data. The results were as follows: 1.Attitude in environmental pollutions of students all aspects were in agreeable levels that noise pollution was the highest while environmental pollutions and water pollution was in the lowest rank. 2.Media exposure about environmental pollutions of students were in middle level that friend and television was the highest. 3. There was significant difference for media exposure about environmental pollutions at the 0.05 level among students in different gender and different major subjects. 4. There was significant difference for knowledge about environmental pollutions at the 0.05 level among students in different gender different academic years and different major subjects. 5. There was significant difference for attitude in environmental pollutions at the 0.05 level among students in different gender different academic years and different major subjects. 6. The score -weight of knowledge about environmental pollutions and media exposure about environmental pollutions contributed to attitude in environmental pollutions of students with statistically significant at 0.01 level and then media exposure about environmental pollutions contributed to attitude in environmental pollutions of students higher than knowledge about environmental pollutions.
Basic factor of Efficient Information Technology management In rajamangala university of Tecnology, Phra nakhon
The purpose of the research was first to study the need of information technology application in second to study the types of information technology services that is effectively corresponding to the need of users. The third is to study information technology application in cassroom teaching and the last forth is to apply all these strategies to Rajamangala University orf technology phra Nakhon. In the research the examined population was both academic staffs and students of Rajamangala Univessity of Technology Phra Nakhon. Their samping mumbers selected from all 9 faculties were total 1506 peoplecounted of 80.97 percentages. The research tool used was questionnaires in order to engaging the effectiveness and the need of basic factor of information technology. For the data analysis one=way analsis of variance (ANOVA) approach was chosen for the study. In this study the results showed that most staffs thought it had majior effectiveness of information technology mangement with a mean value off 3.475 whereas most students though it was medium effectiveness with a mean value 3.393. For the needs of information technology most staffs considered it a hight range of an average at 4.420 while the students believed its importance with an average of 3.686. Besides for this same need both staffs and students from various facultes had same major opinons that there was no difference at the statistic significant level of 0.05
The development of a computer assisted instruction package with tutorial through e-Iearning on computer technology curriculum
Purposes of the research were to design and develop Computer Assisted Instruction Package with tutorial through e-Iearning on computer technology curriculum and to find out efficiencies effectiveness and learners satisfaction towards the package. The research tools were: 1) The Computer Instruction Package on Database Management System SUbject 2) Achievement tests 3) Quality assessment and evaluation form for multimedia software and 4) questionnaire of learners satisfaction. Sampling groups composed of 50 Bachelor second year students from Faculty of Science and Technology Program Information Technology and Computer Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. Research results revealed that the efficiency of the Computer Instruction Package was at 82.50/82.56 corresponding with 80/80 criteria. Analysis of pre-test and post-test scores found that the effectiveness after the process (Epost) was at 82.56 it was higher than before the process (Epre) which was at 14.62. Therefore the Computer Instruction Package on Program Design and Development could increase the students learning effectiveness up to 67.94 corresponding with 60 criteria. Mean of satisfaction of the sampling groups was rather at a high level (4.28). It could be concluded that the Computer Assisted Instruction Package with tutorial through e-Iearning on computer technology curriculum had the efficiency that could used for self study.
The Development of Computer Assisted Instruction in Bio-Organic chemistry
The pupose of this study was to examine The Factors of the Students That Effect To Produce The Graduates of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The focused on the level of The Factors from students effecting to produce the graduate of the University Tajamangala of Technology Phra Nakhon. The sample 350 students. Data was collected from a set of Questionnaire and analyzed with a statistical software program. The statistical method were percentahe average t-test One-way ANOVA. The level of statistical significance was set at 05 The result indicated that the level of the Factors from students effecting to produce the graduate of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon was high. In hypothetical testing the students was influcnced by the following factors ; Age Faculty Leaming Grade of Education. Education before leaming Household Behavior of students Leaming situation and The satisfied of bachelor degree excepted sex and course of study.
