Music piracy is the copying and distributing of recordings of a piece of music for which the rights owners; composer recording artist or copyright-holding record company did not give consent. In order to understand the situation in Thailand the purpose of this paper is to determine factors affecting the unauthorized buying and downloading of copyrighted music. The research tools employed in this study are a questionnaire to enable statistical analysis from the desired sample of 410 subjects and focus group interview 30 subjects from every region in Thailand. The findings show that subjects are influenced in their decision to unauthorized buying and downloading of copyrighted music because of integrated marketing communication; advertising sale promotion public relations and direct marketing in the neutrul level. However the Chi-Square Test results further show with a level of significance at 0.01 that consumers’ decision with regard to unauthorized buying and downloading of copyrighted music depends on price law social acceptance and religion belief which are confirmed by focus group interview. Hence these are a key factor in influencing consumers to enroll for music piracy in Thailand that the rights owners and the policy makers should consider for to prevent or stop this illegal behaviour.

งานวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาอัตราส่วนซูคราโลสทดแทนน้ำตาลทรายในการผลิตผลิตภัณฑ์ น้ำหวานเข้มข้นจากกระเจี๊ยบแดง ศึกษาปริมาณสารสกัดไคโตซานที่เหมาะสมในการยืดอายุการเก็บรักษา ผลิตภัณฑ์น้ำหวานเข้มข้นจากกระเจี๊ยบแดง และศึกษาการยอมรับของผู้บริโภคที่มีต่อการใช้สารสกัด ไคโตซานในการยืดอายุการเก็บรักษาผลิตภัณฑ์น้ำหวานเข้มข้นจากกระเจี๊ยบแดง จากผลการประเมิน คุณภาพทางประสาทสัมผัสผู้ทดสอบชิม 50 คน พบว่า อัตราส่วนซูคราโลสทดแทนน้ำตาลทราย ที่ อัตราส่วน 100 : 0 ผู้ทดสอบให้คะแนนทดสอบชิมคะแนนความชอบเฉลี่ยสูงสุดในด้านกลิ่นรส รสชาติ และ ความชอบโดยรวม เฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับชอบปานกลาง ค่าความเป็นกรด-ด่าง (pH) มีค่าเท่ากับ 3.00±0.01 และปริมาณแอนโทไซยานิน มีค่าเท่ากับ 0.60±0.02 ศึกษาปริมาณสารสกัดไคโคซานที่เหมาะสมในการยืด อายุน้ำหวานเข้มข้นจากกระเจี๊ยบแดง พบว่าสารสกัดไคโตซาน 0.09% ของปริมาณส่วนผสมทั้งหมด สามารถเก็บรักษาได้เป็นเวลานาน 3 สัปดาห์ โดยมีจำนวนจุลินทรีย์ทั้งหมด และจำนวนยีสต์ รา ไม่เกินตาม มาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์ชุมชน และกรมวิทยาศาสตร์การแพทย์กำหนด ศึกษาผลการยอมรับของผู้บริโภคที่มีต่อ การใช้สารสกัดไคโตซานในการยืดอายุการเก็บรักษาผลิตภัณฑ์น้ำหวานเข้มข้นจากกระเจี๊ยบแดง ผู้บริโภค ให้การยอมรับผลิตภัณฑ์น้ำหวานเข้มข้นจากกระเจี๊ยบแดงโดยใช้สารให้ความหวานจากหญ้าหวานกับ ซูคราโลสโดยใช้สารสกัดไคโตซานจากเปลืองกุ้งในการยืดอายุการเก็บรักษา 99% และสนใจซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์ 59%

Currently car theft in Thailand is one problem that affects the economy and involves transnational criminals although there are many anti-theft devices available on the market. These mechanisms include gear locking devices steering wheel locking devices clutch/brake locking systems TDS systems voice transmissions wireless door-lock remote control system and GPS car tracking devices. Of the mentioned devices the GPS tracking devices are interesting as they use the principle of connecting to the cell phone system to send on-demand the GPS location of the car to the owners phone in the case that the vehicle is stolen. However these devices are not popular in the marketplace because the service fees are quite expensive. Also the function of these devices is to send the vehicles location to the verified car owner so the protection function is activated after the vehicle is stolen and the owner is only then aware that the car has been stolen. This is different from the devices that researchers have developed. The researchers equipment for when someone tries to steal a vehicle is the system will detect the movement inside the car and send the GPS location to the car owner instantaneously. Additionally the device was developed by using LoRa technology to transmit the data giving a lower operating cost than by using a GPS tracking device as sold on the market presently.

The objectives of this research are to study the rate of deterioration of tyre friction coefficient and investigate the quality of new and old tyres that are currently in use. A set of the rolling resistance testing was designed and set up to work with the single dynamometer according to speed 80 km/h tire load 4660 N and inflation pressure 30 psi. There were three tire samples new tire one year used tire and two year used tire to find the rolling resistance coefficients. The finding shows that the rolling resistance was inverse variation with tire aging. For instance the new tire (1st sample) had the highest rolling resistance on the other hand the two year used tire (3th sample) had the lowest rolling resistance. Moreover the rolling resistance coefficients were inverses variation with tire aging. Besides the one year used tire had the average of the decreasing rate of the rolling resistance coefficient at 0.03689 N/kN per a week while the two year had the average of the decreasing rate of the rolling resistance coefficient at 0.03671 N/kN per a week. Furthermore the result also revealed that the rolling resistance coefficients nonlinearly decreased comparing to the tire aging.

Developing women’s clothing design from marigold-dyed linen. The objectives of the project were : 1) to study about linen dying technique with marigold with various kinds of mordant 2) to design and develop women’s clothing from marigold-dyed linen 3) to study the satisfaction of representative samples for the women’s clothing design from marigold-dyed linen. Using simple random sampling method analyzing the data with statistics percentage mean and deviation standard. The sample groups are selected from working women in Dusit District Suan Chitlada Subdistrict and students from Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon in total 100 participants. Research instruments are questionnaire and 2 women’s clothing prototypes one was dyed with natural mordant and the other chemical mordant. The results indicated that most of the samples aged from 25 and above single graduated with bachelor degree are general office workers and students and earn less than 15000 baht. The result also revealed the satisfaction for the women’s clothing design from marigold-dyed linen a design which was dyed with both natural and chemical mordant. The participants are satisfied with the modern design suited for working age and very useful at a high level with means of 4.07 and 4.05 natural and chemical mordant respectively. Considering the overall result the participant tended to be satisfied with natural mordant dyed dress more with a mean of 4.07
