ผลิตภัณฑ์ลดความชื้นที่เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมด้วยการใช้สารสกัดซิลิกาใบไผ่
Silica is an amorphous and nanometer scale voids and porous form of silicon dioxide. As long known for its high specific surface area synthetic silica has been used to adsorb water readily and applied for keeping many biological products dry protecting equipment from moisture damage. In the study the researchers have interested in making the tentative eco-friendly dehumidifying products based on the silica extract from bamboo leaves. The extraction procedures were performed by boiling dry bamboo leaves with various concentrated hydrochloric acid (HCl) at 1 2 3 and 4 M then burning them at 650oC for 4 hr before analyzing the purity of the biosilica with the X-ray Fluorescence Method. The results showed that the highest purity of the biosilica sample at 96% could be obtained after treated with 4 M HCl comparing with the control commercial silica. By hygroscopic test the extracted biosilica with 2 M HCl showed the highest moisture absorption properties close to the commercial silica. While the highest adsorption capacity was found in the biosilica sample treated with 3 M HCl. The dehumidifying efficiencies of all HCl treated biosilica power were not much different comparing to the commercial silica gel. Instead of using synthetic silica therefore this high environmentally friendly and cheaper biosilica from bamboo leaves can preferably be decent and further applied in green industry.

At present most human-related products contain a mixture of chemicals for inhibiting microorganisms polluting the environments and harming the users. The purpose of this research was to develop a product using banana and papaya peel extracts as replacers for the chemicals inhibiting microorganisms in heel cream. By extracting raw bananas and papaya peels with coconut oil the studying the efficacy of inhibition on E. coli S. aureus Aspergillus sp. and S. cerevisiae with Disk Diffusion method at the protein concentration were performed as follows: 25 50 100 and 150 micrograms per milliliter. The observation of clear zone to observer clear zone of inhibition. and the Turbidity method using light absorption at a length of 600 nm was also were shown the corresponding results of microbial inhibition. observed and showed the consistent results. Especially the papaya extract having the protein concentration at least of 150 micrograms per milliliter could inhibit all 4 microbe species but could not inhibit S. cerevisiae that indicated a good trend of no harm on human. When mixing the extract in the heel cream it was found that Heel cream containing banana extract papaya and both mixtures displayed the density of 0.9674 0.9103 and 0.8057 gram per cubic meter respectively. They could be stored at room temperature for more than 45 days and still maintained the properties of microbial inhibition by up to 80 percentages. When studying the satisfaction of consumers collected randomly from teenagers to elders at both sexes of 40 people more than 80 percentages of the customers were satisfied with the heel cream from all extracts. These all creams could make the feet soft and moisturized within 1 week. More suggestions were to improve the smell of heel cream products to be suitable for all age of consumers. Therefore this research could be concluded that banana and papaya peel extracts inhibiting microorganisms could be used as a heel cream for further continuously developing at the industrial level.

In this study The paper aims to produce extracts from guava leaves. For use in food packaging. And to test their ability to inhibit bacteria. Staphylococcus aureus paper extracts from guava leaves. Because the bacteria Staphylococcus aureus to live in the air dust waste water food and milk supplies. The strain also grows well in climates with oxygen. The test extracts from guava leaves. A chemical properties of guava leaf extract has a pH of 5.4 + 0.02 acid content (% citric acid) was 1.2 ± 0.1 and the amount of phenolic total (mg gallic acid / g) levels. 63.1: 1.9 The performance of guava leaf extract in inhibiting bacteria. Staphylococcus aureus by means paper disc diffusion on agar Nutrient agar at 36 ° C for 24 hours diameter clear zone (cm.) Was 1.3 ± 0.5 and tested for the Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) by Broth Dilution Technique with. equal to 1.56% of extract of guava leaves

The objectives of this study were to (1) evaluate physical and chemical properties of the commercial beverages from fruit and vegetable extracts (2) develop a beverage from butterfly pea and roselle extracts (3) analyze the shelf-life of this product and (4) determinate the consumer acceptance of the beverage from extracts of butterfly pea and roselle. The findings showed that the commercial beverages from fruit and vegetable extracts were clear and dark brown color 3.43-3.67 (pH) 16.50-35.00°Brix (total soluble solids) and low anthocyanin content. The optimum extraction of butterfly pea and roselle was boiling at 70+2°C and evaporation at vacuum pressure (72 millibar). This process resulted in the final anthocyanin content approximately 1366.98 and 4090.19 mg/l for butterfly pea and roselle extracts respectively. Then the butterfly pea and the roselle extracts were blended at various ratios. Based on sensory evaluators (n=50) the 50:50 blend was the most preferential with respect to overall acceptability (p≤0.05). The decrease in the anthocyanin content was observed during storage for 5 weeks. No Coliform bacteria E. coli Salmonella spp. and yeast and mould were found in all samples while the total plate counts were still accepted asconsidered for the standard set by the Ministry of Public Health. An acceptance test showed that consumers (n=100) absolutely accepted this product.

The purposes of this research were : 1. To study the personal factors of tourists 2. To The objective of this study was to investigate 1) personal factors of tourists 2) the decision making of purchasing One Tambon One Product (OTOP) and 3) the relationship between personal factors of tourists purchasing/ ever purchase OTOP in Nontaburi floating market and the decision making of purchasing products. Data collection were from 400 tourists in Koh Kred Floating Market Sainoi Floating Market and Wat Yaisawangarom Flaoting Market. Purposive selection used were frequency and percentage. Chi-square test and Contingency Coefficient at statistically significant level were 0.05. SPSS was used in this analysis. The result found that most tourists were women 31 - 40 years old Government officers were the most married bachelor degree and monthly income 10001 - 20000 baht. The decision making of purchasing products were from quality. Raw materials through primary processing were chosen because they were tasty. Non-alcohol drink purchase was from the benefits motivation purchase was from quality and product purchase was from indication labels. The relationship between personal factors and Thai motivation occupation related with reason of purchasing food products selling style and monthly income related with purchasing non-alcohol drinks. Educational levels related with 6 aspects except non-alcohol drinks. Marital status did not relate with purchasing One Tambon One Product in Nonthaburi Floating Market of Thai tourists at statistically significant level was 0.05.
