The research studied results of integrated learning management in flower arrangement techniques subject of students from the bachelor’s degree in Home Economics Business Administration program Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The researchers provided the cooperative learning and selected three units of flower arrangement techniques subject consisting of materials and tools for arranging flowers creative flower arrangement and international flower arrangement. The research samples were the second year students of Home Economics Business Administration program. The research methods used in this study were a learning achievement form a satisfaction form and a participant observation form. Results of the study found were: 1. The effects of cooperative learning on students flower arrangement techniques subject achievement was found that there was a statistically significant difference between students pretest and post-test scores at the level .05. 2. The satisfaction of students toward flower arrangement techniques subject was at the highest level ( x = 4.00). It showed that students’ attitudes toward cooperative learning were at good level.

The purpose of this research was to assess the knowledge and understanding utilization and satisfaction of students toward learning activities in flower arrangement subject. The research sample was 93 of the first year students majoring in Home Economics Business Administration and studying the flower arrangement subject in the second semester of the academic year 2013. The research methodology was the rating scale questionnaire. Data were processed and analyzed by frequency percentage and mean. For the assessment of the students’ knowledge and understanding toward learning activities based on Thailand Qualifications Framework in flower arrangement subject it was found that for the numerical analysis skills communication and information technology skills it was at the high level with the mean of 3.90. For the knowledge it was at the high level with the mean of 3.82. For the ethics and moral it was at the high level with the mean of 3.79. For the cognitive skill it was at the high level with the mean of 3.78. For the interpersonal skill and responsibility it was at the high level with the mean of 3.70. For the psychomotor skill it was at the medium level with the mean of 3.42. For the assessment of the students’ utilization toward learning activities based on Thailand Qualifications Framework in flower arrangement subject it was found that for the interpersonal skill and responsibility it was at the high level with the mean of 4.20. For the knowledge it was at the high level with the mean of 3.92. For the numerical analysis skills communication and information technology skills it was at the high level with the mean of 3.84. For the ethics moral and it was at the high level with the mean of 3.77. For the psychomotor skill it was at the high level with the mean of 3.66. For the cognitive skill it was at the medium level with the mean of 3.44. For the assessment of the students’ satisfaction toward learning activities based on Thailand Qualifications Framework in flower arrangement subject it was found that for the interpersonal skill and responsibility and the ethics and moral it was at the high level with the mean of 3.98. For the knowledge it was at the high level with the mean of 3.81. For the numerical analysis skills communication and information technology skills it was at the high level with the mean of 3.72. For the cognitive skill it was at the high level with the mean of 3.56. For the psychomotor skill it was at the medium level with the mean of 3.52.

This research aims to study the effects of blanching Khi Lek (Cassia siamea Lamk) flowers in brine in order to improve the qualities of Khi Lek flower tea production. The study comprised two factors: (1) two-time intervals for blanching: 3 and 5 minutes; (2) two concentrations of brine: 1% and 3% (w/v) and a control using Khi Lek flowers without blanching. The findings of the study stated as follows: blanching with different concentrations of boiling brine contributed to significantly different qualities of outcomed tea products in the aspects of moisture content aw color turbidity ascorbic acid content antioxidant activity and the observed sensory evaluation as compared to the control without blanching. Moreover the optimum blanching conditions consisted of blanching with boiling 1% brine for 5 minutes to obtain the best qualities of Khi Lek flowers tea product.

This study aims to 1) Product development of hand washing liquid soap smell Thai perfume 2) Physical and chemical properties Product of liquid soap hand wash smell Thai perfume and3) Consumer satisfaction survey on smell Thai perfume hand washing liquid soap products A questionnaire on consumers behaviors related to OTOP products was conducted. And smell test to choose the most acceptable smell. With 30 guests There were 3 levels of odor in liquid soap: 0.2 percent 0.5 percent and 0.8 percent. With 5 experts Experimental plot design RCBD (Randomized Complete Block Design) The 9-tailed test was used (9–point Hedonic scale) with sensory tests and use percentage statistics. With Acceptance and satisfaction test and physical properties viscosity color and chemical analysis of alkalinity were analyzed. 100 people were tested for satisfaction. The results indicate that most consumers are mostly female. Think 73.3 percentage. The behavior of consumers in using smell Thai perfume. Liking smell Thai perfume flower scent it thinks 90 percentages. bottle filling 100 cc it think53.3 percentages. And the smell that is most liked is the smell of Pip flowers. The average level of smell is very similar. At the rate of replacement liquid soap to smell the smell Thai perfume. The highest score was the formula 2 /0.5 percentage. Physical Properties of Viscosity stability at 527.4 Point Centrino it is liquid stability on surface very gool. Color values have average brightness (L*) green values (a*) and blue values (b*) is equal to 16.47. The liquid soap is greenish yellow. Chemical qualities in acidity it was found that the pH value was 5-8 (6.20 ± 0.01). Followed by product standards community. Consumers are satisfied with liquid soap products with smell Thai perfume like 50.1 percent in terms of color intensity like 35 percent Is the sole of liquid soap like 62 percent Medium scent like 44 percent Medium Concentration like 69 percent finally not irritating to the skin like 98 percent.

The purposes of this study aim 1) to evaluate the academic achievement and 2) to study learners satisfaction towards teaching multimedia in the Course Ngor30275 Commercial Flower Arrangement Unit 6 Introduction to Flower for high-school students of Chaichimplee Wittayakom School Bangkok. Sample in this study is 30 students who attended Sports and Home Economics Program and chose Home Economics Course in to 2nd semester of the academic year 2019. According to studies 1) the result of the teaching multimedia proficiency assessment on the content basis by 3 experts was at the highest level by all accounts and the mean was equivalent to (X̅ =4.73S.D. = .31). And the result on the multimedia basis was also at the highest level and the mean was equivalent to (X̅ = 4.63 S.D. = .29) . 2 ) the assessment in the performance of a representative sample of students in the 8 different patterns using scoring rubrics whose standards were at every high level. 3) the assessment on the student’s satisfaction with the teaching multimedia for 8 patterns were as follow Pattern #1 - Spherical Pattern the overall satisfaction analysis result was at the highest level and the mean was equivalent to (X̅ = 4.61 S.D. = .06) . Pattern #2 - Equilateral Triangle Pattern the overall satisfaction analysis result was at the highest level and the mean was equivalent to (X̅ = 4.72 S.D. = .05). Pattern #3 - Scalene Triangle Pattern the overall satisfaction analysis result was at the highest level and the mean was equivalent to (X̅ = 4.61 S.D. = .03). Pattern #4 - Tall Pattern the overall satisfaction analysis result was at the highest level and the mean was equivalent to (X̅ = 4.68 S.D. = .06). Pattern #5 - Short Pattern the overall satisfaction analysis result was at the highest level and the mean was equivalent to (X̅ = 4.64 S.D. = .06).
