This research was on the production of hardmetal from recovery of tungsten carbide tool scraps recycling through ball milling for 40 hours. The metal powder obtained which was of the size between 0.11-0.22 µm was composed of 96.69% of tungsten carbide (WC) 1.68% of tantalum (Ta) 1.21% of titanium (Ti) and 0.42% of niobium (Nb). When mixed with 5-15% cobalt binder metal cold isostatic press (CIP) sintered at 1450 ° C it became hardmetal work piece dimension 12.39 x 13.82 x 5.60 mm with 1410 HV hardness and 14.34 g/cm3 density. The result of S45C steel turning was tools life good. The research concluded that the hardmetal work piece produced by the developed material had suitable basic specification and would lead to the development in working in the future.

This study is meant to help develops better facilities for Tungsten Carbide powder production process. The 10 kg-capacity machine used was able to produce 85 -95.49 percent purity Tungsten carbide powder. When measured most of the particle sizes and distribution between 0.03-350.00 !lm. which are considered large sized. More than that those tungsten carbide particles are contaminated by other kinds of metal especially Cobalt binder. We have tried to improve the Tungsten Carbide manufacturing processes by combining more steps including ball milling drying and screening. After 24-hours ball milling process the result showed that we were able to produce smaller Tungsten Carbide paliicles sizing from 0.025 to 30.00 ~lm. The obtained particles are also rounder and with 99.50 percent purity. They are also easier to grade. The Tungsten Carbide manufacturing technology yet needs a further development to eventually produce the desired hard material.

Study on properties of honey-nanofibers fabricated by electrospinning technique
Study on properties of honey-nanofibers fabricated by electrospinning technique

Honey-nanofibers were fabricated by electrospinning technique in order to study their potentiality for biomedical application especially as wound healing materials. Honey/Gelatin ratios operating voltages and solution flow rates were considered as the experimental variables. All synthesized nanofibers were tested for their sizes percentages of water uptake and contact angles between the fiber surfaces and water droplets. It was found that 1) size of nanofibers and contact angle between the fiber surfaces and water droplet increased with increasing of honey in solution 2) size and percentage of water uptake of nanofibers increased with stepping up of operating voltage and 3) size of nanofibers was minimized at the flow rate of 0.06 ml/hr for each operating voltage of this study.

This research article aims to study of the atomizer nozzle pattern in the gas atomization process. The production of metal powder by using a gas atomization process. It is the most popular process. This process is used in various industry and engineering application. However there is lack of information on the production of various precious metal powders in the jewelry manufacturing industry both in the country and abroad. For this reasons the research team is interested in applying this process for the Thai jewelry manufacturing industry. Currently the jewelry industry is in a transitional period of manufacturing technology with an increased focus on powder metallurgy technology. The production of metal powder by using a gas atomization process consisting of the following 3 steps: melting making of atomized molten metal cooling and solidifying for solid particles under a controlled gas atmosphere. Factors affecting particle shape particle size and particle size distribution are consisting of inert gas type molten metal temperature and the configuration or pattern of the nozzle that are different characteristics. The results can be concluded that Close-Coupled Nozzle is the most suitable nozzle for production due to the highest productivity providing the smallest particle size and spherical granular shape. The information from this study will be useful for the Thai jewelry manufacturing industry.

The plastic outlet problem is a rigid inflexible material. When assembling with a metal outlet set then it is usually not completely homogeneous. When used The outlet burns out quite often. And the plastic itself is less heat resistant. This allows the plastic to melt burn easily and conform to the upgrade of technology capabilities in precision mold manufacturing. And high complexity The researcher has foreseen the factors in making Developing the design and manufacturing of rubber plug molds economic opportunities for Natural Rubber Applications Therefore came up with the idea to develop the design and material selection. And the factors that affect the production is the mold and the process of forming. To help entrepreneurs to exchange knowledge and study the knowledge from this research to continue in the application of natural rubber to increase future value. From the results and experiments it was found that the study of the method of creating a prototype compression molding kit by using rubber forming techniques can be applied and used by various components of forming rubber can be used to develop forming Rubber plug sockets are possible and this process can produce prototypes from natural rubber.
