The purposes of this research were to study the approaches for the participatory curriculum administration creatively integrating the environment used by Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna (RMUTL) and to evaluate the desired objectives of the curriculum namely the creative thinking skill aspect in students. The target group selected by purposive sampling technique was 180 representatives of RMUTL faculty curriculum boards administrators instructors and entrepreneurs in the Chiang Mai community. The research instruments included questionnaires and behavioral observation checklists. The collected data were analyzed by using descriptive methodology and by calculating percentage mean and standard deviation. As a result of the study there are seven steps developed in the administration of the curriculum that creatively integrated the environment. In this case the participation of the target group in the administration of environment-integrated curriculum was at a high level while the students’ participation was at a moderate level. The students’ desired characteristics in regards to the curriculum’s objectives of creative thinking skills was at a high level.

The objective of the research aims to identify the relationship between the motivation factors of hospital entrepreneur and the implementation of environmental accounting. This study focuses on both internal and external factors in its organization. The internal factors display the support provided by the chief executive officer and the profession readiness of accountants and stakeholders. The external factors are government policy and law including a competitive factor. The study was the survey research testing 82 people in seven hospitals under the control and supervision of the Department of Medical services the Ministry of Public Health. The hospitals are located at Bangkok and Nonthaburi province in Thailand. The data were collected by questionnaire and were analyzed by statistical packages to determine descriptive statistics (e.g. percentages means and standard deviations) including a multiple regression analysis in order to predict the motivation factors of hospital entrepreneur to implementing environmental accounting. The findings of the data analysis presented that all of the predictor variables were statistically significant. It is more likely that both internal and external factors do not impact on the implementation of environmental accounting for hospitals.

The purposes of this research were (1) to study and (2) to rank the needs of RMUTP environment management on undergraduate students’ learning development as well as (3) to present a proposed guideline to improve RMUTP environment. 343 students enrolling in the first semester of the academic year 2015 were selected with simple random sampling. The research tool was questionnaire. The data were analyzed through percentage (%) mean ( ) standard deviation (S.D) t-test modified priority needs index: PNI modified and content analysis. The results demonstrated that: (1) The overall mean scores of the reality and expectation of RMUTP environment on students’ learning are statistically different at 0.01. (2) The physical environment needs for supporting students’ quality of life was ranked the first. The second was university facilities to enhance their learning and the third was help and information service. The curriculum management was ranked the fourth. The last one was instructors. (3) A students’ proposed guideline: 3.1 As for physical environment needs for supporting students’ quality of life the highest was more relaxing space. 3.2 As for university facilities to enhance their learning the highest was that learning equipments should be adequate for them. 3.3 As for help and information service public relation and university information for students should be improved at a high level. 3.4 As for curriculum management the study suggested students’ needs for curriculum development to meet current employment demand and to implement effectively at the workplaces. 3.5 As for instructors the highest rank was that instructors ought to understand and listen to students’ needs. They should let students express their opinions.

The purposes of the study were to investigate Relationship between work environment and work satisfaction at Aurora Design Company Limited. 300 sample employees at Aurora Design Company Limited were selected to response to questionnaire. Computer package software was applied to acquire the values of percentage distribution mean standard deviation and Pearson Correlation Coefficient. It was found that in the aspects of welfare colleagues work security work promotion working hours income wage were significantly related to work satisfaction. In terms of satisfaction on work position advancement and job description perception were interconnected to work satisfaction.

The research objective was aimed to investigate social and environmental participations of PTT Public Company Limited personnel under the hypothesis that different personnel’s characteristics yielded different social and environmental participations. The employees’ characteristics were categorized in terms of gender age educational level marital status work position and work tenure. The sample were 274 PTT Public Company Limited. The analysis was generally viewed in four aspects: participation on decision making participation on operation participation on benefits obtained and participation on assessment. The data were analyzed by the computer program package to inquire about the percentage distribution mean and standard deviation; t-test and f-test were applied to observe the difference of the PTT Public Company Limited employees’ opinions on social and environmental participations to obtain 0.05 statistic significance. The study results revealed that the social and environmental participations were in average level. When considered each aspect it was found that the participation on decision making and participation on assessment were low while the participation on operations and participation on benefits obtained were high. Then comparison on the analysis of the differences on characteristics in terms of gender age educational level marital status work position and work tenure disclosed 0.05 statistic significance.
