The research investigated the process of transporting raw materials for production and the safety of the meat processing industry to support the ASEAN Economic Community. The study objectives were (1) to study factors that influenced the process of transporting raw materials for production and the safety of the meat processing industry to support the ASEAN Economic Community and (2) to determine the consistency of a causal model influencing the process of transporting raw materials for production and the safety of the meat processing industry to support the ASEAN Economic Community. The variables used in this study were the independent variables the organization environment and the organization resources. The mediator variables were the supply chain cooperation equipment strength food quality and Halal sign. The dependent variable was the process standard of transporting raw materials for production and the safety of the meat processing industry to support the ASEAN Economic Community. The researchers used a mixed method of qualitative and quantitative study. Questionnaires were used to collect empirical data from 510 meat operator samples. The statistical methods used to analyze data were the frequency percentage mean standard deviation and the analysis on the structural equation model. The results revealed that the model was well consistent with the empirical data. The Chi – Square (2) value was 122.231 at the degrees of freedom (df) of 150. The chi - square relative (2/df) was 1.815 with the probability p-value equal to 0.953. The index of harmony (GFI) was equal to 0.980 and the modified harmony index measuring (AGFI) was equal to 0.938. The index measuring the comparative (CFI) was equal to 1.000 and the index root mean square of the section standard (SRMR) was 0.020 and the index error in estimation parameters (RMSEA) was equal to 0.000. Additionally the research results also showed that the organization environment organization resources the mediator variables; the supply chain cooperation equipment strength food quality and Halal sign positively influenced the process standard of transporting raw materials for production and the safety of the meat processing industry to support the ASEAN Economic Community.

This research aimed to utilize by-products from small- scale and medium-scale Industries to produce 3 products. The first was formulate pasteurized milk juice beverages (PMJB) consisted of 10%reprocessed milk 45%pineapple juice 45%lychee juice 0.55%HM pectin and 1%sugar. Pasteurization at 72C 15 s kept at 6?1C 8 days. PMJB has 2.8%protein 2.1%fat 8.8%carbohydrate 0.021%Ca and 65.3 Kcal. The second product was cracker added ?-carotene from carrot. This research deals with paper production from lemongrass and producing a model product. The lemongrass was boiled in sodium hydroxide solution 400 grams per litre of water at 80 – 100 degrees Celsius for 3 hours. The separated fibre was then bleached with chlorine solution 20% per lemongrass fibre 1 kilogram per water 1 litre. Finally paper pulp was scooped for paper formation and lemongrass fibre paper was soaked with flame retardant 10% for 10 minutes at room temperatures. The physical properties of the paper were tested – mass per unit length longitudinal and cross section burn tearing strength absorption and heat resistance. This research was conducted by cutting lemongrass leaves to a uniform length boiling them to separate the fibres for toughness with high strength: the longer the lemongrass leaves the greater the strength. The dirt mixed was removed by boiling the separated fibre. To achieve quality standards the products should be designed analyzed evaluated and modeling. Sampling group evaluation were used to help develop lemongrass fibre products for commercial production using natural resource with maximum cost benefit and technology transfer to the target group. The result of this research was to develop and process home furnishing accessories and souvenirs such as lamps photo frames paper boxes tissue box and souvenirs. The procedure for this research was to analyze the satisfaction level of trainees from Sridonpai Dumnoen Saduak District Ratchaburi community and interested groups amd found that the service provided by officer trainer service processing and accommodation were on average of high level (X = 4.45 4.35 4.22 and 4.42 ordering)
