The objectives of this research were : 1) study the management of academic affairs of private elementary Sarasas Affiliated Schools in Bangkok Area 2) to study the effectiveness of the enhancement of the twelve principal values of Thai people according to the policy of National Committee for Peace and Order of private elementary Sarasas Affiliated Schools in Bangkok area and 3) study the relationship between the management of academic affairs and the effectiveness of the enhancement of the twelve principal values of Thai people according to the policy of National Committee for Peace and Order of private elementary Sarasas Affiliated Schools in Bangkok area. The research sample was composed of 421 school administrators and educational personnels selected through the simple random method. The research instrument was a rating-scale questionnaire. The data were analysed for percentage mean standard deviation and Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. The research indicated that: 1) the management of academic affairs of private elementary Sarasas Affiliated Schools in Bangkok area as a whole was at high level; 2) the effectiveness of the enhancement of the twelve principal values of Thai people according to the policy of National Committee for Peace and Order of private elementary Sarasas Affiliated Schools in Bangkok area as a whole was at high level; and 3) the relationship between the enhancement of the twelve principal values of Thai People according to the policy of National Committee for Peace and Order and the management of academic affairs of private elementary Sarasas Affiliated Schools in Bangkok area was in the highly positive direction at the significance level of .01.

The objectives of this research were to study: 1) the participative educational administration of foundation education schools under Elementary Education Office Samut Prakarn Area 1 2) the academic affairs effectiveness of foundation education schools under Elementary Education Office Samut Prakarn Area 1 3) the relationship between participative educational administration and academic affairs effectiveness of foundation education schools under Elementary Education Office Samut Prakarn Area 1. The sample were 315 administrators and teachers under Elementary Education Office Samut Prakarn Area 1 by system random sampling method. The instrument was a questionnaire asking about participative educational administration and academic affairs effectiveness of foundation education schools. The statistics for data analysis were frequency percentage mean standard deviation and Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. The research results revealed that: 1) the participative educational administration of foundation education schools under Elementary Education Office Samut Prakarn Area 1 as a whole was at moderate level. Considering by aspects found that they were at moderate level; 2) academic affairs effectiveness of foundation education schools under Elementary Education Office Samut Prakarn Area 1 as a whole was at moderate level; 3. the relationship between participative educational administration and academic affairs effectiveness of foundation education schools under Elementary Education Office Samut Prakarn Area 1 as a whole and by aspects were positive at .01 level of significance.

The purposes of this research were 1) to study the school academic administration of Rajamangala University of Technology Isan 2) to study the correlation between the administrative factors of school academic administration and the university academic administration of Rajamangala University of Technology Isan 3) to study Factors Effecting on the Administration of Academic Affairs of Rajamangala University of Technology Isan 4) to analyze the multiple regression of Factors Effecting on the Administration of Academic Affairs of Rajamangala University of Technology Isan. The sample groups were Teachers and Administrator in Rajamangala University of Technology Isan. The sample groups were 402 Teachers and Administrators selected through Simple Sampling. The research instrument was a 5 level-rating scales questionnaire with the reliabilities of part 2 and 3 were 0.89 and 0.91 respectively. The statistical Techniques employed in data analysis were percentage mean standard deviation Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient and Enter and stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis by using the Computer program. The results were as follows 1. A whole and each part of the University academic administration of Rajamangala University of Technology Isan were high level. 2. The positive relationship of the administrative factors and the school academic administration of Rajamangala University of Technology Isan were high level and significantly at 0.05 3. A whole factors and each part of the academic administration of Rajamangala University of Technology Isan were high level. 4. For the forecast of best factor Enter and stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis it was found that the budget management(x5) characteristics of teachers(x2) University atmosphere(x6) the relationship between University and community (x3) Performance of administrator(x1) and the readiness of University of administration at 0.05 level significance (x4). If showed a stepwise Multiple Regression (R) of 0.80 finally the forecast for the University academic administration was at 64.40 percent. This research is a qualitative research concerning phenomenology study which aims at the meanings of the opinions of those who have experienced the public relations of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (RMUTP) lecturers and international affairs officers in immigration procedures (visa extension and doing the-90 day report). The objectives of this research are to study (1) types (2) methods and (3) capabilities of public relations of RMUTP lecturers and international affairs division for the international students who are in this case Chinese students of Language and Applied Thai program Faculty ofLiberal Arts Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The samples of this research are (1) student advisors (2) lecturers of Language and Applied Thai program (3) international affairs officers and (4) Chinese students of Nanning College for Vocational Technology (NCVT) who are studying Language and Applied Thai program Faculty of Liberal Arts Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The researchers use in-depth interview and observation by participating procedures of public relations. This research started from October 2013 to October 2014. The researchers collected data 3 hours per day and 3 days per week within 53 weeks.
