Research project on Factors influencing the performance of support personnel Faculty of Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon The objective is to study the factors influencing the performance of support personnel. The field is able to perform the assigned tasks with quality and efficiency. This research aims to analyze demand Necessary Skills and ways of collecting the credit to transfer into the education system of Service Industry Workers (Hospitality and Tourism) in Bangkok. In term of earning credit from these courses into the education system in form of transfer credit by using knowledge and experiences the results from research seminar can be conclude into two ways (1) transfer credit from the course that has certificate or do not have any certificate still can transferred within the guarantee from institution (2)transfer credit from certified course should be specify with the exactly total houses studying or have a test and evaluate the learning outcomes from the courses.

Guidelines for designing public spaces and land traffic areas in the landless village Bang Chan Subdistrict Khlung District Chanthaburi Province This research is to propose guidelines for the design and construction of public spaces for various activities and areas for use in land traffic in the landless village. To create a village identity in both the physical environment and the way of life of the people in the village. This can be a selling point for sustainable tourism and also to improve the quality of life of the people in the village providing space for recreation and joint activities within the village. This will encourage strength within the village and lead to a livable village. By the way of conducting research It starts with collecting data which is divided into 2 steps: document gathering and related research. To build a body of knowledge on issues related to the research topic. And field data collection To obtain information based on the reality of the area that is current. The data was then analyzed based on the research objectives. Which consists of Physical characteristics of the environment and village characteristics and forms of existing public spaces within the village. And the nature of the use of public spaces of the people in the village After that conditions and factors influencing the design of public spaces and land traffic areas within the village were determined. And to establish guidelines for the design of public spaces and areas for land traffic within this landless village according to the above conditions and factors. To be consistent with the physical characteristics of the area and the public space behavior of the people in the village. From conducting research it was found that Guidelines for designing public and land traffic areas in the researched landless village It can be summarized as two main points to consider the first being the public space within the village There is only one place in the landless village that has been conducted this research which is a shrine at the entrance of the village. This may cause public areas to be inactive as they should and may result in them becoming wasteful areas in the future. Classroom is available to anyone using Google Apps for Education a free suite of productivity tools including Gmail Docs Drive and more powered by Google Classroom Google Meet has the highest average (𝑥̅=5.00 SD=0.00) Comparing the pre-study test scores with the learning achievement scores of the sample group it was found that pre-test at 15.29 (48.92%) and post-test at 24.82 (80.33%) was satisfied of 62 the students of the Faculty of Architecture and Design RMUTP had a high level of satisfaction with the overall assessment the mean (𝑥̅=4.08 SD=0.50). The satisfaction with a high mean was the use of online learning media while the test mean (𝑥̅=4.40 SD=0.44) followed by online media and online learning. Furniture design subject mean (𝑥̅=4.17 SD=0.48) followed by learning achievement of online learning users mean (𝑥̅=3.92 SD=0.50) and followed by Use online media for lesson content.
