The purposes of this research were developing for health Thai custard dessert (Khanom Maw Kaeng) by using the Jerusalem artichoke powder and cereal cream instead of coconut cream. By using Jerusalem artichoke powder 3 types and 3 levels at 2 % 4 % and 6% the result of sensory evaluation from 40 nutrition experts had showed that using Jerusalem artichoke powder at 2% and 4% had been no significant difference at P<.05. The testing of custard with 4% of Jerusalem artichoke powder was receiving the result from a hundred consumers by the overall liking test using 9-point hedonic scale a hundred consumers rated the products like moderately to very and 100% of consumers accepted the product. Hardness of product was being 319.72 firmness was being 230.83 cohesiveness was being 0.17 and difficulty of crunch was being 24.85. The result of a physical attributes; the facial color was being bright at L* 37.13 the color value of green to red was being a* 8.27 and blue to yellow was being b* 12.15. But the color of product was being bright at L* 46.52 the color value of green to red at a* 5.06 and blue to yellow at b* 14.34 and the results of chemical factor were being; relative humidity was being 37.71 protein was being 14.36 fat 3.21 Ash 0.79 dietary fiber 3.23 total dissolved solid was being 33.27 carbohydrate was being 40.70 and total energy was being 249.13 respectively.

This study aims to study the client’s investment behavior in the Long-Term Equity Fund: LTF the clients invest in Krungsri Asset Management Company classified on demographic factors and to study different behavior of individual investor. The sample used in this study includes investors who invest in long-term equity fund (Krungsri’s LTF) amounting to 71518 investors. The sampled people derive from the Taro Yamane’s formula as Convenience sampling method that the confident level is 95% and the tolerance’s acceptance in the selection of the samples is 5% numbered 397 investors. The data collection did during October 2015 which evaluated and analyzed data using statistical software. This study analyzes by using statistics and percentage. This study found that most investors are females aged between 31-40 years married status get a bachelor’s degree have monthly revenue between 15000-30000 baht and their careers are government officers. In terms of investment found that most investors choose a long-term mutual fund (70:30 of dividend). On average each of the investors have investment value approximately 10000 baht per time or less than there is an average investment period over five years and the times to invest in the investment portfolio are the gradual purchases throughout the year. Regarding to the total investment in the mutual fund investors invest about 1-2 locations. In term of the loss’s acceptance has risk level around 10-20%. The investment objective is to receive tax benefits. For suggestions from the research results the asset management company should conduct these investment behaviors to make consideration on creating new products that are suitable for the investment this also reassure investors that their investments will bring benefits and have low risk in addition the confidence in the firmly fixed income and these investments do not cause adverse effects in a long-term investment. This research also makes choices in the matter of the benefits’ payment risk assessment in investment time to invest and so on. In order the fact that investors have choices to invest in the versatile mutual fund.

This article presents how the analysis an insulation of high voltage transformer bushing. The purpose is to analysis the moisture in the bushing to evaluate the approach for maintenance. The analysis rely on the principle of the Polarization and Depolarization Current (PDC) technique which is a technique for analyzing the insulation of high voltage equipment to test high voltage transformer bushing for a case study. This method is performed by energize 1000 Vdc into a bushing in period of time and then switch off the circuit for discharge current. Finally we calculate the moisture of main insulation of high volt bushing as well compare with standard moisture of criteria. The method is useful of preventive maintenance plane of high volt bushing and reduce the failure in the power system.

The study on factors affecting the performance of Thai Tridymite Limited employees was aimed to investigate their personal factors incentive factors teamwork behavior work performance motivation affecting the work efficiency and behavior factors that affected the employees’ performance. The population used in this study was 113 employees. The data analysis relied on the statistics including percentage average and standard deviation. The hypothesis testing applied multiple regression analysis (Multiple Regression Analysis) at the 0.05 significance level. The results showed that the employees working at Thai Tridymite Limited were mostly female between the ages of 30-40 years old with a bachelors degree earning 10000 - 20000 Baht income in the average. They had been working for the company for lower than five years and had high-level motivation concerning job responsibility work success work progress acceptability salary income management interpersonal relationship administration policy work conditions and work security. As a whole the level teamwork behavioral factors was high including the team mission and goals work assignments according to the delegation of duties open communication distributed leadership and the joint decision. In terms of work performance the level of personal performance and organization performance was considered high. The hypothesis testing revealed factors motivating the work performance and teamwork behavior that affected the performance of the employees at the .0 5 level statistical significance. The incentive factors affecting performance included the nature of work work progress salary income work conditions and work security. Teamwork behavioral factors affected distributed leadership and joint decision.

The purposes of this research were to investigate the factors consisted of a temperature different parts of the lemongrass and a size of chopped lemongrass that affected to distillation of lemongrass essential oils. There are two experiments in this work. The first experiment investigated the factors by defining 1) temperature at 105 oC and 110 oC 2) different parts of the lemongrass (Leaves and trunk) and 3) sizes of chopped lemongrass at 1-2 cm and 15-20 cm respectively. 2k Factorial designs method was used for this experiment. In the second experiment the appropriate parameters from experiment 1 were used for 3 replicates to find an average of lemongrass essential oils. The results of first experimental analysis showed that the appropriate parameters were temperature parts of the lemongrass and sizes of chopped lemongrass at 110 oC leaves and 1-2 cm respectively. For the result of experiment 2 it was found that the average of lemongrass essential oils was 30.36 ml.
