Thailands food processing industry is a important driving force in the economy of the nation. Their attractiveness of the industry dynamically generated employment and the intensity of competition at the same violence that increased its competitive advantage in the industry its important to bring the success and survival of a business. Earlier this competitive advantage has been studied and discussed widely both a cost advantage and the advantage of making a difference products and services. Currently there are more studies on the part of the competitive advantage that is consistent with the competitive situation that is highly dynamic. In this study was to review the literature that relevance to the dynamics competitive advantage in the food processing industry in Thailand. Therefore this article is useful for entrepreneurs executives in food processing industry as well as for the scholars who are interested in this line of research.

This research conducted an investigation on vocational pre-service teachers’ performance based on Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge Framework (TPCK) to support learning in 21st century. TPCK Framework integrated three kinds of knowledge needed by a teacher in providing learning process for students effectively. The results of this study found that vocational pre-service teachers had the knowledge of using technology understanding teaching pedagogies and mastering on content individually. However they were limited in blending such essential three domains together to form more effective learning process for their students.

The research objective is to analyze usage and exposure of the social media network of Faculty of mass communication technology. A user need of the social networking censorship is based on a survey research. Samples used in the study - teachers alumni and students within the faculty total number is 306 people. Sampling was started in a fiscal year of 2014 with Stratified Random Sampling method. The sample group in this study was 19 PAJAMANGALA UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY PHRANAKHON Faculty of Industrial Education in academic year 2 0 1 7 . Pre-test will be given before training steps according to the manual. The students will do the test after each training topic. At the training end Post-test will be given and student final assignment will be evaluated by 5 experts. The Pre-test and Post-test scores will be statistical mean difference test. The research results found that the student final assignment competencies evaluation in percentage mean score was 87.55/94.66/85.13 that higher than 80/80/80 about the expectation. The test percentage mean score after training each topic was 92.11 that higher than 90 about the expectation. The percentage mean score difference test between before and after training was significant at statistical level .01 and the after training score was higher than before training score.
