Design of cmos voltage reference circuit
This paper presents a CMOS voltage reference design which is widely used in electronic circuits both analog and digital circuits. In the conventional a CMOS voltage reference circuit design composed of several MOS transistors and complicated circuits the output voltage cannot be adjusted to any levels. Therefore in this paper proposed the CMOS voltage reference circuit design technique based on a new current combination circuit which it was reduced number of MOS transistors and the proposed circuit is able to operate without complex startup circuit. The performance of the proposed circuit is confirmed through PSPICE simulation results the circuit can be operated with supply voltage varies from 2V to 4V the output voltage reference is about 231 2mV at wide temperature range of -80 to 120 it has very low temperature coefficient of about 37.65 ppm/ and a total power dissipation of 7.37 W
Dispersion of copper oxide in water by pH value and ultrasonic method
The objective of this research is to study the dispersion of copper oxide particles in water using as a coolant in heat exchangers. Copper oxide particles were prepared by precipitate method. The parameters affected to dispersion of copper oxide were pH of solution and ultrasonic time. The results showed that an average crystalline size of copper oxide was in nano scale (< 22 nm). At pH value of 13 copper oxide was well dispersion in the water. Appropriate ultrasonic time of dispersion is dependent on particle sizes of copper oxide. The small particle sizes of copper oxide led to decreasing of ultrasonic time. On the other hand an increasing in particles sizes required longer ultrasonic time. Stability of suspension of CuO in the water decreased with an increasing of time. Moreover it was found that CuO particles were well dispersed in the water at pH value of 13 and ultrasonic time of 15 minutes
Management information systems for the building
This paper presents an Information system for the management of the building and location. By the building Class room Timetable Schedule Photos building and Photo structure for building put on to collect the necessary information and can be easy accessed through the presentation with a web browser making agencies can be useful to use it is the And can be checked The system can allocate a code to bring the teaching of information management department is properly registered. And data to help executives make decisions about planning and building for the future. The assessment of the system’s quality was performed by 6 experts which discovered the system had a good level of satisfaction. The result of the evaluation from experts found mean at 4.00 with standard deviation at 0.36 In conclusion this system achieved all goals and gained a high level of satisfaction from all user
Graphical method and database development for computer programming to reinforced concrete slab analysis and design
This research was to apply graphical method as the input data combined with using database for developing reinforced concrete slab analysis and design. Visual Basic language was used for creating the GUI (graphic user interface) and coding and database file was used for storing data. The position of beam column and slab can define by drawing on GUI and this program will automatic translate to be the distances for using as data in process of analysis and slab design. Results from analysis and design were compared with manual calculation that they are a litter bit error because of rounding error. Moreover they can be more economically and more conveniently than results from VisStructure 4
Evaluation technique for northern corn leaf blight resistance and identification of resistance genes position in maize with dna markers
This study aims to develop a new evaluation technique for Northern Corn Leaf Blight (NCLB) resistance in maize under greenhouse condition. Ki48/Ki47 F2 (160 lines) and 2 commercial verities (Hi-Brix3 and Insee2) were evaluated. For this technique 10-14 day old seedlings (4-5 leaves) were sprayed with ACIL1 spore suspension (104spores/ml.) for infection. The results of this technique correlated with the results from the common technique under field condition which used 21-25 days old seedlings (6-7 leaves) (correlation value = 0.658). This evaluation technique was used to assist in QTL mapping of NCLB resistance. Population of Ki48/Ki47 F2 (160 lines) were analyzed for QTL mapping by using Simple Sequence Repeats (SSR) markers. It was found that major parental polymorphism located on chromosome 5 and chromosome 8. When Single QTL analysis was performed SSR marker UMC1365 could clearly indentified qualitative trait loci on chromosome 5 and SSR markers UMC1095 UMC1268 and UMC2356 could clearly indentified qualitative trait loci on chromosome 8.
