Banana flour (BF) was to use a stabilizer in coconut milk ice-cream (CMIC) in order to add value for Thai fruit; Banana. BF was varied at 4 levels as follows; 0.1 0.3 0.5 and 0.7%. Data from various treatments were analyzed using non-parametric test with the software. Mean and standard deviation were compared using The LSD based on sig at p value < 0.05. The panelists were accepted CMIC which use BF 0.5%. The physical specifications include stickiness 705.43?6.16 cps %Overrun 47.600.11 %solubility 25.50.12 at ambient temperature for 30 min pH 5.980.02 and total soluble solid 20.50.43. The chemical specifications include %protein 1.78 %fat 6.06 %carbohydrate 18.94 %moisture 72.76 %ash 0.46 and could be stored at -20 C for 3 days. CMIC was not found microorganisms that cause food to be rotten.

The purpose of this research is to improve the pepper mill for increasing performance. The characteristic of the pepper mill is a trapezoid shape. The structure is made of angle steel and stainless steel sheet. The motor used a power unit is 1 hp and send the power to the driving belt for driving the disc. There are new pattern of designed discs. The discs are made from stainless steels and have three different patterns on the surface of discs. Each test must measures the moisture contented of the pepper seeds. If the moisture is less than 9% can be milled. However if the moisture is more than 9% that must be taken pepper seeds to sunning or drying. The test is 10 sets in each set of test using two samples of pepper seeds. In each test pepper seeds must be weighted before the milling when they are milled the finish. After that they are brought the milled pepper seeds to a weight and separated a size. The sorting by size is 5 sizes as a less than 5 microns 150-250 microns 250-425 microns 150 microns 425 to 1000 and more than 1.00 mm. This research aims to collect and analyze financial data as well as assess financial feasibility and analyze business environment for investment in rice seed production of rice community center in Muang district Phitsanulok. Primary data in financial information used in the study were collected from rice seed center and rice community center. Secondary data were collected from documents and information of both government and private agencies. The research found that rice community center in Muang district Phitsanulok gained rice seed support from the Rice Department for seed production. However there were problems in production management that were not in accordance with rice seed production standard. Therefore the center had to change it operation from manufacturer to be buyers of rice seeds for its members. Financial analysis revealed that in terms of rice seed production cost the total cost per rai was 3800 to 7500 baht depending on the method of rice growing. Income from sale could be classified as sale price per sack (25 kg) at 575 baht per sack and sales price per ton from 11000 to 15000 baht. Analysis of business environment of the community center showed that the existing condition did not support business performance. Thus the possibility of investing in rice seed production was low.

The objective of this study was to develop a technique for detection of the water added in raw milk using Inter Digital Electrode (IDE) other than using conventional methods such as determination of specific gravity or of the freezing point temperature and the compression on frozen samples. The assumption capacitance value of added water in raw milk will be varied with the quantities of added water. The experiment was performed by using a LCR (GW INSTEK LCR-817) meter to measure the capacitance value of milk contaminated water from 0 to 90% and electrodes which are normal and ground of different electrode number (N) of 7 10 and 13 width (W) of 1 and 2 mm. and length (L) of 10 20 30 40 and 50 mm. Results shown that the capacitance value of the water added in raw milk were lower than the raw milk without added water. Additional the W1L50N13G (W=1 mm. L=50 mm.
