Devlopment of Screen Printign Devices Prototypes for Textile lndustry was a research project which it was established to solve the practical learning of the faculty of industrial textile and fashhion desing students at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. This set had 3 important machines such as a self assembly aluminum block screen an automatic aluminum screen could saved the saved the screen fabric1.76 m2 reduced the chemical usageand waste minimization in the process.The practical time reduced from 16 minutes to 1 minute using the automatic aluminum screen coating. The efficiency time was 97.81. The 400 gram emulsion consumed obtained the thin film layer on the screen fabricand evenness.The sharpen pattern displayed when the exposed time was 3minutes.Moreoverthe drying and fixation machine was completely for natural fiber and synthetic fibers at 80-180 C. Therefore the Screen Printing Devices Prototypes was effectively used in textile industrialdispose of the practical learning problemraw material savingand waste minimization adjacent to clean technology process.The prototype set was produced by house equipmentsand extended for textile industrial.

This research is a survey research. The purpose was to study the realization of environmental ethics of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon students towards the refuse disposal problem and analyzing the factor that influence their realization of environmental ethics. The subject for this research was randomly selected form the undergraduate student of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon in the academic year 2007 by using the simple random sampling technique. The instruments used in this research were questionnaires. The data was analyzed by percentage mean standard deviation and Hest. The research found out that the students had a high level of the realization of environmental ethics about 49.47 percent. About 30.37 percent had a medium level and about 19.30 percent had a low level. Gender did not difference in realization with statistical significance at.05. The factor that influence their realization of a high level environmental ethics were age about 18 -20 year old occupation of parent was governors a monthly income of 5001 -8000 baht the education level finished undergraduate. The respondents were received environmental information. Habitat and gender did not make the difference in their realization.

งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการศึกษาออกแบบสื่อการเรียนรู้ทางศิลปะโดยการใช้รูปแบบหลักทัศนศิลป์มาสร้างแนวคิดในการออกแบบ ผลงานออกมาในรูปแบบงานปั้นที่สามารถจับต้องได้และเป็นภาพวาดที่ดูง่าย ให้มีความเหมาะสมกับเด็กพิการทางสมอง ในรูปแบบที่แตกต่างกัน สร้างการเรียนรู้ในด้านต่างๆ สามารถช่วยส่งเสริมพัฒนาการการเรียนรู้ ทางอารมณ์ ผลการวิจัยที่ได้ทำการศึกษาและวิเคราะห์พบว่าสามารถเป็นสื่อการเรียนรู้ได้กับเด็กพิการทางสมองและปัญญา เป็นเพศหญิงทั้งหมด มีอายุอยู่ระหว่าง 7ปี-18ปีขึ้นไป ระดับความพิการอยู่ในระดับพิการทางปัญญาทั้ง 3 ระดับ คือ ระดับที่ 1 ความพิการทางปัญญาระดับน้อย (เชาว์ปัญญา 50-70)เป็นเด็กที่มีความพิการทางปัญญาที่เรียนหนังสือได้ ระดับที่ 2 ความพิการทางปัญญาระดับน้อย-ปานกลาง (เชาว์ปัญญา35-49)เป็นเด็กที่พอฝึกอบรมได้ และระดับที่ 3 ความพิการทางปัญญาระดับปานกลาง-มาก(เชาว์ปัญญา 20-34) เป็นเด็กที่ต้องได้รับการฟื้นฟูสรรถภาพทางการแพทย์และได้รับการดูแลอย่างเหมาะสม ลักษณะความพิการทางปัญญา 3 ระดับนี้ เป็นกลุ่มความพิการทางสมองที่ช่วยเหลือตัวเองได้บ้าง ซึ่งจะต้องได้รับการพัฒนาทักษะ 5 ด้าน คือ ทักษะการช่วยเหลือตัวเอง ทักษะการใช้กล้ามเนื้อมัดเล็ก-มัดใหญ่ ทักษะด้านสังคม-อารมณ์ ทักษะด้านภาษา ทักษะด้านสติปัญญา ซึ่ง เด็กพิการทางสมองและปัญญา การพัฒนาทางด้านต่างๆจะน้อยกว่าเด็กปกติ ผู้สอนต้องให้ความสำคัญเป็นรายบุคคล เพื่อเป็นการฟื้นสมรรถภาพของเด็ก การเตรียมความพร้อม การฝึกทักษะโดยใช้กิจกรรมที่หลากหลายแตกต่างกัน เริ่มจากง่ายไปหายาก การใช้สื่อการเรียนรู้เป็นตัวช่วยให้เด็กได้มีโอกาสสร้างสรรค์ กระทำในสิ่งที่เขาคิดให้เป็นจริง หรือเป็นสิ่งที่มองเห็นและสัมผัสได้ ซึ่งเป็นการพัฒนากล้ามเนื้อมัดเล็กได้ด้วย ผลทางด้านการออกแบบสื่อการเรียนรู้ทางศิลปะ กำหนดรูปแบบของรูปทรง เป็น ภาพวาด กับงานปั้นลักษณะนูนสูง เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะทางด้านต่างๆนั้น แบ่งออกเป็นการพัฒนา 3 ด้านคือ เรียนรู้เรื่องรูปทรง เรื่องขนาด เรื่องสี รูปแบบภาพวาดเป็นลักษณะการวาดแบบเหมือนจริง เพื่อสร้างความสนใจให้เด็ก ส่วนงานปั้นลักษณะนูนสูง จะมีเหมือนกันกับภาพวาด แต่สามารถจับต้องได้ การหยิบจับมีความเหมาะสมกับมือเด็ก และจะมีความนิ่มที่สามารถพัฒนากล้ามเนื้อมัดเล็กได้ การพัฒนาทั้ง 3 ด้านนั้น โดยด้านที่ 1 การเรียนรู้เรื่องรูปทรง จะใช้รูปทรงอิสระมาสร้างแนวคิดในการออกแบบ โดยพัฒนารูปทรงมาจากรูปทรงเรขาคณิต ซึ่งเป็นรูปทรงพื้นฐาน ด้านที่ 2 การเรียนรู้เรื่องขนาด ใช้รูปทรงช้างมาสร้างแนวคิด เพราะเด็กมีความสนใจช้าง ซึ่งเป็นสัตว์ใหญ่ สามารถแบ่งขนาดได้หลายระดับ ด้านที่ 3 การเรียนรู้เรื่องสี ใช้รูปทรงนก มาเป็นแนวคิดในการออกแบบ เพราะนกเป็นสัตว์น่ารักอยู่ร่วมกันเป็นฝูงสามารถแบ่งได้หลายสี เมื่อทดสอบกับเด็กพิการทางสมองได้เรียนรู้สื่อ เด็กมีความเข้าใจ ขั้นตอนได้ง่าย มีสมาธิ ฝึกพัฒนาการทางอารมณ์ อยู่ในระดับที่ ดี ทั้งภาพวาดและงานปั้นเด็กให้ความสนใจ อยากเรียนรู้ว่ามันคืออะไร รูปแบบของสื่อสามารถสร้างความเข้าใจได้ง่าย ดึงดูดความสนใจให้เด็ก มีสมาธิจดจ่ออยู่กับสื่อ และช่วยส่งเสริมพัฒนาการทางอารมณ์ เพราะ เด็กมีความสนุกสนานปรบมือดีใจทุกครั้งที่ทำได้ สามารถพัฒนากล้ามเนื้อได้ ระยะเวลาการเรียนรู้ เด็กใช้เวลาสนใจอยู่กับสื่อเป็นเวลานาน เข้าใจง่าย ไม่ยุ่งยากเป็นการเรียนรู้ที่เหมาะสมสำหรับเด็กพิการทางสมองแต่เมื่อมีการเปรียบเทียบทั้ง 3 รูปแบบ รูปแบบที่เด็กส่วนใหญ่มีความชื่นชอบและสนุกสนานมากเป็นพิเศษ แสดงอาการเรียนรู้อย่างตื่นเต้น คือ รูปแบบที่ 3 การเรียนรู้เรื่อง สี รูปทรงนก รองลงมาคือ รูปแบบที่ 2 การเรียนรู้เรื่อง ขนาด (รูปทรงช้าง) สุดท้ายคือ รูปแบบที่ 1 การเรียนรู้ เรื่องรูปทรง (รูปทรงอิสระ) ผลจากการศึกษาสื่อการเรียนรู้นี้สามารถนำมาเป็นแนวทางในการออกแบบสื่อการเรียนรู้และ สามารถนำไปเป็นอุปกรณ์การสอน การจัดกิจกรรมการสอน เพื่อให้เด็กได้เรียนรู้อย่างเหมาะสมและได้ประโยชน์จากการศึกษาอย่างเต็มที่ และ สามารถพัฒนาในรูปแบบต่างๆ ได้อีกมากมายเพื่อเป็นประโยชน์ต่อกลุ่มเด็กพิการและสังคมต่อไป This research study designed to learn the art media by using the model the main visual arts to create a conceptual design.
