A simple solid-solid reaction for the synthesis of lead sulfide-montmorillonite hybrid
The hybrid materials of lead sulfide with montmorillonite were synthesized by a solid-solid reaction between lead-exchanged montmorillonite and sodium sulfide at ambient condition. The hybrids were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction (XRD) thermogravimetric-differential thermal analysis (TG-DTA).The basal spacing of heat-treated lead sulfide-montmorillonite-sodium sulfide (200oC) was 1.20 nm. The formation of lead sulfide in the hybrid confirmed by the non-resolved absorption band and absorption onset at 328 and 508 nm respectively for heat-treated lead sulfide-montmorillonite-sodium sulfide. The dramatic blue-shifted in the absorption onset relative to that of bulk was observed. The heat treated lead sulfide-montmorillonite-sodium sulfide showed an emission peak at 367 nm. The removal of adsorbed water resulted in the increasing intensity of the hybrid.

This research focuses on 1) designing packaging for dairy products to increase value for ecotourism in the Lower Central Region. 2) to promote and develop packaging in accordance with ecotourism. (Eco-tourism) Linking tourist attraction to community in the area to increase income. In the central region 3) to test the consumer satisfaction on the packaging of processed products from Province of Lower Central Thailand Has been developed to increase the value of the product. There are samples people are buying products for the Kao keat Community and art Kao Koet Royal Folk Arts and Crafts Center Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. Fe2o3 on zeolite nay synthesized from rice husk as catalyst for oxidation of styrene
In this research zeolite NaY is successfully synthesized from rice husk silica as agricultural waste material. Iron catalysts on zeolite NaY from wet impregnation Fe/NaY with Fe loading 0.5-10.0 wt% are characterized and investigated for the oxidation of styrene to benzaldehyde. The characterization with wide angle X-ray scattering (WAXS) suggest that loaded iron dispersed on external surface and inside pore of NaY. Moreover the formation of g-Fe2O3 phase is observed on NaY as indicated by soft X-ray absorption spectroscopy. TGA and FTIR measurements of the Fe/NaY also show the formation of nitrate ion. Over the catalysts the oxidation of styrene is enhanced with benzaldehyde being the major whereas styrene glycol acetophenone phenylacetaldehyde styrene oxide and benzoic acid being the minor products. The 2.5wt%Fe/NaY show the good catalytic selectivity in catalytic oxidation of styrene using H2O2 and reaction time at 6 h and the selectivity of the benzaldehyde reached 75%.

The research project is : Study Thaiyoun cultural identity of Thailand for package design local food. Street culture of Sao Hai District Saraburi. The purpose is 1) To study the information of the road. In the design of local food packaging Thai Cultural Road Sao Hai District Saraburi 2) To design local food packaging Thai Cultural Road Sao Hai District Saraburi To upgrade and add value to the product. According to the design principles of packaging. 3) To evaluate the satisfaction of the new indigenous food packaging model. Thai Cultural Road Sao Hai District Saraburi. The research method consists of studying the research. Packaging design and development phase Evaluation of the satisfaction with the form of packaging. The data obtained were analyzed for mean. And standard deviation and summary The results showed that the local food packaging Thai Cultural Road Sao Hai District Saraburi. The results of the analysis showed that the overall condition of the satisfaction of the new packaging model of the target group. The level of satisfaction was 4.40. It is divided into 2 areas Packaging Design The most satisfying aspect was the overall form of packaging structure. Suitable for the product. The highest level was 4.58. And graphic design aspects of packaging. The most satisfying is that the packaging has the color of the image in harmony with the message content. The highest level was 4.83
Production and characterization of carboxymethyl cellulose from orange rind
It is known that orange rind is often discarded as garbage. This research examines the production of carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) from orange rind. Cellulose was extracted from orange rind (2.0 g) through alkalization. The cellulose was extracted using 1.0 M NaOH at 80 ± 5oC for 60 min. The maximum yield of cellulose was obtained under this condition. The extracted cellulose was then alkalized and etherified to CMC using NaOH and chloroacetic acid after bleaching with H2O2. The resulting CMC was characterized through Infrared spectroscopy to determine the functional group of CMC. The presence of carboxyl group (COO-) at a wavenumber of 1586 cm-1 in the IR spectrum confirmed the conversion of cellulose to CMC. The surface morphology was also carried out through the SEM technique and the elemental analysis was performed using an EDX method. In addition the resulting CMC product was coated as a film on banana to observe for various reactions.
