The purpose of the project is to study and design a collection which bring the idea from dressing of Cleo Pathra in a movie named “Cleo Pathra” 1963 to applied for create outfits that wearable in daily life. By brought an identity of the way she wears the outfit in the movie. The result of study divided into 2 sections a form of dressing and color and technique. Was found that most of the outfit is rather simply fit and also techniques . Therefore this collection was brought those ideas to created and developed into ultramodern form. According to the result of studied and information about design and women wear to analyze the way to solve a problem. I density and obviously style fit with personality and wearable. Which emphasizing the adjustment to create a new form and the principle is simplicity style to designed to correspond with the idea. In order this study provides the fascinating and up- to-date dresses.

This research aims for 1) study factors of producer that affects to SME Thai herbal skincare market in Bangkok metropolitan 2) study the factor level of the producer that affects to SME Thai herbal skincare market in Bangkok metropolitan 3) analyze producer that affects to SME Thai herbal skincare market in Bangkok metropolitan. The 381 samples using for this study were randomized from 57635.18 population in Bangkok calculated according to the Krejcie and Morgan statistics while research instrument was questionnaire for data collection. Frequency percentage mean deviation and Canonical correlation techniques were using for analyzed data. The results of this study were as: 1) Producer factors have highly affected to SME Thai herbal skincare market in Bangkok metropolitan 2) levels of producer factors have affected to SME Thai herbal skincare market in Bangkok metropolitan in moderate range 3) the analysis of producer factors have moderate affected to SME Thai herbal skincare in Bangkok metropolitan.

Numerous studies on the use of humor in the workplace have long been investigated in the past decades. Managerial humor is viewed as the critical factor for a manager to alter the working environment leading to creativity and innovation. To encourage organizational innovation innovative behavior is a major driving force. The exploration of the relationship between humor styles and innovative behavior in Thai context has been underdeveloped and needs to be extended to examine the differences of these factors compared to other cultures. Therefore this current study aimed to examine the relationship between managerial humor and innovative behavior of managers in real estate firms listed in Stock Exchange of Thailand. Data were gathered by using stratified random sampling technique. Questionnaires were used as the instrument for data collection. Data were collected from managers in all levels during June-August 2017. The findings showed that managers preferred to majorly use self-enhancing humor styles rather than other humor styles. For hypotheses testing the results demonstrated that the four independent variables including affiliative self-enhancing aggressive and self-defeating humor styles could explain 23% of variance to innovative behavior (R2 = .227 F (4 79) = 5.446 p <.01). This suggested that there were other factors that could explain innovative behavior of managers that had not been incorporated in this current study. In addition the findings indicated that affiliative humor style had a significantly positive effect on innovative behavior of managers in real estate firms (β = .280 p <.008) as did self-enhancing humor style (β = .279 p <.011).

This project presents the simulation of a three-phase generator. The aim is to study and analyze the condition of the generator functions. By simulating the operation of the generator used in factory which use this generator as a backup power source to replace primary power source of electricity-supplier. In this test can start or stop the generator to determine the parameters at that time. The generator is used when the main electrical power distribution error and the generator is disabled when electric power system of electricity-supplier back to normal.
