This study was aimed to explore marketing channel of organic longan in domestic and foreign markets as well as problems encountered of the northern organic longan group. Data collection was done through in-depth interview and focus group discussion. Results of the study revealed that the northern organic longan group had marketing channel of organic lognan both in domestic and foreign markets. It was found that domestic market employed two channel: selling organic longan directly to consumers and selling organic longan to middlemen. For foreign market it was found that the northern organic longan group sold their yields to middlemen and after that the middlemen sent it to foreign market. In the case of domestic market organic longan was mostly sent to Top Supermarket. For foreign market it was mostly sent to Singapore European and Asian countries. For problems encountered the following were found: an amount of organic longan was inadequate for need of the market; uncertainty of organic longan yields in each year; few organic longan markets; and increased production costs due to high price of gasoline.

This research were to study learning behavior and the relationship between learning behavior and academic achievement of students in taxation. The samples were students who studying management at the faculty of Business Administration and Liberal Art at RMUTL-Nan. The instruments for collecting data were behavior observation and tests. The statistical methods for analyzing data were mean and Pearson Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient. The results showed that the students’ learning behavior in taxation was at good level but the average achievement was moderate score: 63.81 out of 100 scores (C). The students’ learning behavior of five domains found that the intention of punctuality timely attention responsibility and attendance were good. Their understanding behavior was moderate. There was positive statistically significant relationship between learning behaviors and academic achievement of students in taxation at 0.01 levels. The correlation coefficient was 0.703.The learning behaviors could predict the academic achievement as 49.40 percent.

The objective of this study was to determine an appropriate foaming substance from 6 types ; Methocel? 65 HG Glyceryl monostearate (GMS) Carboxy methyl cellulose (CMC) Methocel? 65 HG mixed with GMS Methocel? 65 HG mixed with CMC and GMS mixed with CMC with 1:1 w/w with completely Randomized experimental design. Physicochemical properties of mahajanaka mango juice the color values L* a* b* pH total soluble solid citric acid and total solid equals 39.02 18.79 67.36 3.96 14.00๐Brix 0.40 milligram per 100 grams and 15.14%. The mahajanaka mango juice was adjusted 0.70% total acidity (as citric acid) 25๐Brix of total soluble solid and added 2.0% of maltodextrin. The result showed that an appropriate foaming agent was added 45% of 1.8% mixture of Methocel? 65 HG with CMC into mahachanaka mango juice. It had foam stability and density. The mahajanaka mango juice foam had values of stability density and overrun equals 0.001 milligram per min 0.14 gram per milligram and 602.11% respectively and Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) had a porous structure with sphere and ellipsoid particle.

This research presents the development of food exchange list program for individual person by using local search technique. Controlling conditions of the research the nutrients calculated of carbohydrate protein and fat must be less than 3 grams/day and 30 Kcal/day for energy has also been controlled. All development has been done on laptop computer. The results show that the averaged search time and the averaged search iteration are 2.8176 seconds and 2484 iterations respectively. The variations of carbohydrate protein and fat are –0.2683 +0.015 –0.6 grams respectively. The proposed local search technique can reduce the time of calculate up to 1278 times per case study when compared with training people.

This paper presents a study of heat exchanger design for improving the performance of ice maker by using waste water from ice factory. The heat exchanger was made of stainless steel and had 4.023 m2 of heating surface. After using the heat exchange in the waste water pond which the temperature was 0 C the temperature of feed water was decreased from 28 C to 22 C. The COP of the ice maker was increased and the factory can save energy consumption 52034 kWh/year or 61993 baht/year. The payback period was 0.5 year
