This paper is a presentation of the Load-Frequency Control (LFC) of Interconnected Power System by using Fuzzy Logic and Artificial Neural Network (ANN) Controller. The both of controller have been widely applied for handling the system control of Industries and Engineering. Since the Load-Frequency behaviors of power system of uncontrolled and PI- Controller or Fuzzy Logic Controller (FLC) wanted to the stability at first of energize and load in a short time. The control system and controller then be significant for to go forward reform stability of interconnected energize power system a short time. In this research we have the Load-Frequency Controller of Interconnected Power System by using Artificial Neural Network Controller the improved can compared with conventional Fuzzy Logic Controller at power total 47.55 MW and load changing of power plan No.3 is 0.02 p.u. (1.75 MW)

The purposes of the research were; 1) to develop the detection of the transparency of air dried rubber sheet (ADS) using solar cell module 2) to find the average voltage according to the standard ADS grade market level and 3) to construct predictive equation of output voltage of the transparency machine. Samples of this study obtained by a purposive sampling technique was the standard ADS of 652 sheets. The instruments consisted of a multi-meter and transparency machine. For statistical analysis t-test (independent samples) and f-test (one-way ANOVA) were employed. The findings revealed that: 1) The ADS transparency machine consists of solar cell module at the error of 6% 2) The average voltage according to the standard ADS classify market level of 1 2 3 and 4 are 3.41 2.80 2.49 and 1.91 V. respectively 3) The market level and thickness of ADS altogether were the variables that could predict the output voltage of the transparency machine at 86.5 %

The objective of this study is to upgrade the quality of community product manufacturers in Kamphaeng Phet province to the national and international level of the standard for community products by using a knowledge implementation workshop promoted its processing and standard specification followed up by sample screening test of Thai FDA certified or none products; and then qualified each screened sample quality for the standards for community products by Thai Industrial Standards Institute. The result of this study revealed that the dry fish chili paste fry tapioca butter aloe vera in syrup mushroom fermented soya milk cookies noodle and chili paste which must be improved is aflatoxin sorbic acid the definition and scope of products Staphylococus aureus moisture content benzoic acid water activity respectively. Screening test showed net weight measurement and product labeling problems. The product information which met the standards could be applied for the standard quality of community product in Kamphaeng Phet province and upgraded to the quality of community product to food safety and food security.

The purpose of this study was to study factors affecting the personal financial management of personal in Rajamangala University of Technology in Bangkok area. These factors were divided into 4 factors; first of them was personal factor: age academic position and salary second of them was family factor: family responsibility third of them was environmental factor in the workplace: imitation to their peer groups in office and fourth of them was factor of social environment: the influence of the media. The samples in this research were 334 personals. The study participates selected by stratified random sampling. The Instruments used in this study were the interview and rating scale questionnaire 5 levels of 16 items discrimination since 0.31 to 0.69 and alpha coefficient of 0.86. Percentage mean standard deviation χ2 - test and stepwise multiple regression analysis were statistical method to analyze data. The results were as follows: 1. The personal factor: age academic position and salary no related to the personal financial management of personal in Rajamangala University of Technology in Bangkok area. 2. The factors related to the personal financial management of personal in Rajamangala University of Technology in Bangkok area statistically significant at the level of significant 0.01 in the order correlation coefficients (rxy) descending as follows: family factor (0.556) environmental factor in the workplace (0.295) and factor of social environment (0.120) 3. The factors which could predict the personal financial management of personal in Rajamangala University of Technology in Bangkok area at the 0.01 level significant: family factor (X1) and factor of social environment (X3) with the multiple correlation coefficients (R) of 0.627 and coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.393.
