In this paper the ability to estimate the rubber plantation’s leaf area index (LAI) of hyperspectral remote sensing with Hyperion satellite and multispectral remote sensing with Advance Land Image (ALI) satellite were compared. LAI was estimated by NDVI. Many mathematical models such as Linear polynomial Logarithm Exponential and Power functions were used to determine the correlation between NDVI and LAI from field survey. Sixty eight LAI data from field survey was divided half for calibration and half for evaluation data sets. From many mathematical models the power function give maximum R2 both Hyperion and ALI Hyperion give R2 = 0.738 (RMSE = 0.089 m2m-2) and R2 = 0.624 (RMSE = 0.119 m2m-2) for calibration and evaluation datasets respectively and R2 = 0.582 (RMSE = 0.165 m2m-2) and R2 = 0.482 (RMSE = 0.280 m2m-2) for ALI. The result shows hyperspectral remote sensing is suitable to estimate LAI of rubber plantation than multispectral remote sensing

The objectives of this research is to study the current competencies assess competency requirement of community enterprise (OTOP) entrepreneurs in the central region of Thailand and provide them guidelines toward ASEAN Economic Community. The research instruments used for data-gathering were semi-structured interview. The results of the interviews were created by using independent variables in questionnaire. The samplers of this research are the 189 community enterprise (OTOP) entrepreneurs with a 82.54% response rate. The results were as follows : Attributes and skills indicated by current competencies were at high level while knowledge was medium level. The competency requirement attributes skills and knowledge were at high level respectively. The fundamental preparation for competency of community enterprise (OTOP) entrepreneurs in the central region of Thailand toward ASEAN Economic Community should develop competencies in knowledge attributes and skills especially in the international trading regulation international language information technology and management. The community enterprise (OTOP) entrepreneurs should increase skills in the continuous expertise in product development and organization as well as seeking for new markets and creating continuous business networking including organizational innovation acceleration. The community enterprise (OTOP) entrepreneurs should develop attributes to seek for business opportunities widen continuous knowledge and innovation and increase potential organizational development. The suggestions were that the community enterprise (OTOP) entrepreneurs should develop competencies and seek for source of information and ask for government support to get into ASEAN Economic Community. The government sector should support knowledge skills attributes and cooperate with school financial and other to develop potential of community enterprise (OTOP) entrepreneurs in a long term.

The objectives of this research are to study the credit considerations criteria the opinion about credit analyzing for SMEs business of the credit analysts and the problems of the credit consideration process of SMEs business in Kasikorn Bank Public Company Limited and Siam Commercial Bank Public Company Limited. The sample groups are 181 credit analysts of Kasikorn Bank Public Company Limited and 219 credit analysts of Siam Commercial Bank Public Company Limited. The collected data by questionnaire. The result of this study is the main information which the questionnaire answerers use for credit consideration are the personal document of borrower. The most important information use is the current account statement. The financial statement which is used in credit consideration the most important is income statement. The objective of using financial statement in credit consideration is analyzing the solvency. The important transaction in financial statement which is used for credit consideration are profit/loss and revenue/expense. To give priority to the qualitative analysis the result is the majority of questionnaire answerers give priority to collateral the majority of questionnaire answerers give priority to the statement of cash flow. The opinion about the problem of credit consideration process the result is the majority of questionnaire answerers give priority to look for the customers. The result of assumption test is the overall qualitative analysis quantitative analysis and problems in credit consideration process are different.

The purpose of this study was to study the history of a cultural architecture resources and environment in the local community. The history that found was used to be information to find the development of potentiality of cultural tourism to carry on the cultural activity which related to the local community to encourage local people to beneficially manage the resources and to accommodate the tourism in Nan local government. All of these operations were focused on the cooperation of monks and local people by debating. This study collected data by using random survey questionnaire of local people tourists and tour guides. Moreover the interview of local instructors local people and other people was also used in this study. The development of the potentiality of cultural tourism at Wat Satharot still need help from government by adding a streetcar park at Wat Satharot and promoting a tourist attractions in variety of advertisement. The local people combine in to community to manage the tourism. For tour guides and tourists they need some souvenir shop and antique and beautiful sightseeing.

The research was aimed at studying 1) work efficiency of the accountants working for the companies registered in the Stock Exchange of Thailand 2) the influence of work motivation and self-development towards work efficiency of the accountants working for the companies registered in the Stock Exchange of Thailand and 3) guidelines for improving work efficiency of the accountants working for the companies registered in the Stock Exchange of Thailand. The questionnaires were constructed as a research tool with content validity and reliability for collecting information from 997 accountants working for the companies registered in the Stock Exchange of Thailand. The data was statistically analyzed by SPSS version 16.0 and AMOS version 6.0 with frequency distribution percentage arithmetic mean standard deviation and structural equation model analysis: SEM. The research findings indicated that the accountants in the sample group had maintenance and motivator factors in their work motivation at high level (  =3.56) and they also had professional emotional and physical development in their self-development at high level while their social development was at moderate level. Totally it said the self-development was at high level (  =3.60) and the work efficiency was 60.31%. The urgent guidelines for improving work efficiency of the accountants working for the companies registered in the Stock Exchange of Thailand were setting more appropriate working environment such as temperature brightness smell noise cleanliness safety furniture and office supplies. Furthermore the influence of maintenance and motivator factors in the work motivation and self-development had casual relationship with work efficiency of the accountants working for the companies registered in the Stock Exchange of Thailand at a statistical significance of the 0.05 and had ability to predict at good level and acceptably because the square multiple orrelation was 87.6% which its acceptance was 40% up presented by structural equation model analysis: SEM as follow: SeD = 0.070 MaF + 0.723* MoF; R2 = 0.528 WE = 0.340* MaF + 0.746* MoF+ 0.450* SeD; R2 = 0.876
