This research studies the potential for using waste ash from industrial and agricultural by-products as a plastering material. This paper presents a study of the water requirement compressive strength flexural strength normal consistency setting time and air content of plastering material containing classified fly ash (FA) and ground rice husk ash (RHA). Fine fly ash and fine rice husk ash have a high potential to be used as a good pozzolanic material. The use of finer pozzolan results in a stronger and denser mortar which is due to better Q!spersion and filling effect as well as an increase in the pozzolanic reaction. Fine fly ash and fine rice husk ash can be incorporated into mortar as replacement of the mortar mix cement for the plastering. Mortar mix cement containing 20% fine fly ash and fine rice husk ash can be used to make plastering materials.

This is a survey research. Its objective was an attempt to analyze the problems and utilization of instructional innovations of lecturers at the Faculty of Industrial Education Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The sample group consists of 38 lecturers from four departments. The questionnaires were provided as the research tool to collect data. Statistical analysis was applied by using percentage mean standard deviation t-test and F-test technique. The research results were that the lecturers were different in gender age and educational background but problems in using instructional innovation were at the moderate level. The most internal important problematic factor was their attitude toward the utilization of innovation. The most external important problematic factor was lack of financial supporting on the production of instructional innovation. Lectures under the Civil Engineering and Mechanical Engineering Department had problems in difficulty of using instructional innovation more than those of the Electrical Engineering Department. Lecturers at the Faculty of Industrial Education need the training on Instructional Innovations.

In present there are widely use robot in many fields. Mobile robot can help us in several task such as moving to toxic area risk area or explosion area mine. Movement control can be used in many ways. This paper proposed mobile robot that movc by wheels. It move to previous defined picture. By using small camera process an images and check it that is the previous one by using neural network. If it is robot will move toward to that picture. The movement is in flat plane. If that defined picture is not in center robot will move to left or right depend on its position until it is on center. This paper proposed image processing only.

The purpose of this Independent Study (IS) is to study and compare the satisfaction of the housing mortgage users of the Kasikornbank PCL at Minburi District in Bangkok Metropolitanregarding product price promotion distribution places and personnel categorized to gender age status education level income occupation housing mortgage usage in other financial institutionsand the amount of credit line needed. The result from the study indicated that the service users collectively showed high level of satisfaction. It was found that the sample group showed high level of satisfaction to 2 topics i.e. highest in the product and followed by the personnel. When comparing service of users having different gender age status education level income and occupation collectively and perspectively it showed statistically insignificant differences while users of housing mortgage in other different financial institutions and users who need different amount of credit line collectively it showed statistically significant difference in satisfaction of the housing mortgage users of the Kasikornbank PCL at Minburi District in Bangkok Metropolitan at the level of 0.05.

This research aims at studying the strategic leadership and the success of organization management by emphasizing the impacts of strategic leadership on the effectiveness regarding customer retention operating cost sales volume & market share. The samples of the research were gathered from 400 Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). The Multiple Regression (Stepwise Method) was used as a statistical tool to analyze research hypotheses. The results indicate that the 4 disciplines of strategic leadership including 1) strategic analysis 2) strategic review 3) strategic decision making & 4) strategic practice significantly influence the success of organization management with respect to customer retention operating cost sales volume & market share at 0.05 level.
