การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดประสงค์ 1 ) เพื่อพัฒนาการจัดกระบวนการการเรียนรู้จากประสบการณ์ตรงเกี่ยวกับการเขียนโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์จากงานจริง ให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน 80/80 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนก่อนและหลังการเรียนด้วยกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้จากประสบการณ์ตรงเกี่ยวกับการเขียนโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาที่ได้รับการพัฒนาประสบการณ์ตรงเกี่ยวกับการเขียนโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์จากงานจริงกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาวิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ ชั้นปีที่ 2 คณะครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรมมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2551 จำนวน 32 คน โดยเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ กิจกรรมการเรียนรู้จากประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับการเขียนโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ ในหน่วยการเรียนเรื่อง คำสั่งควบคุมโปรแกรม แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน และแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาที่ได้รับการพัฒนาประสบการณ์ตรงเกี่ยวกับการเขียนโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์จากงานจริง สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าดัชนี ประสิทธิผล (The Effectiveness Index; EI) และ t-test on Samples Group ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ประสิทธิภาพของกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้จากประสบการณ์ตรงเกี่ยวกับการเขียนโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ที่พัฒนาขึ้น เท่ากับ 81.46/88.33 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ 80/80 ที่ตั้งไว้ 2. ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนหลังเรียนด้วยกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้จากประสบการณ์ตรงเกี่ยวกับการเขียนโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 3. นักศึกษาที่เรียนด้วยกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้จากประสบการณ์ตรงเกี่ยวกับการเขียนโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ นักศึกษามีระดับความพึงพอใจโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ดังนั้นจึงสรุปได้ว่าการพัฒนากิจกรรมการเรียนรู้จากประสบการณ์ตรงเกี่ยวกับการเขียนโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์โดออาศัยหลักการการเรียนรู้จากประสบการณ์ตรง ทำให้ผู้เรียนได้รับการฝึกฝนและพัมนาทักษะในการทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่น การแก้ปัญหาการตัดสินใจ การแสวงหาความรู้ใหม่และการยอมรับซึ่งกันและกัน สิ่งเหล่านี้จะช่วยให้นักเรียนเรียนรู้อย่างมีความสุขพร้อม ๆ กับการพัฒนาความดีงามและความรู้ความสามารถในการนำไปใช้งานต่อไป

This research project aims to study the achievement of cooperative education 1 Faculty of Science and Technology to develop the capacity of graduates. To study the problems and obstacles to get students towork in the establishment. The factors and elements that allow the establishment of the cooperative education students to increase. Operations in the first semester of the academic year 2553. The sample is divided into 3 groups :

The objectives of this research were to 1) study perceived problems of students for educational management of Science and Technology Faculty Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon 2) compare perceived problems of students for educational management classified by gender students year and field of study and 3) study needs of students for educational management of Science and Technology Faculty. The sample studied were 140 undergraduate students selected by proportional stratified random sampling categorized by students year of study and simple random sampling was also used. The data was collected through questionnaires constructed by researcher. The statistics used for data analysis were mean standard deviation one way analysis of variance and Scheffes multiple comparison method.

The research aims to study the factors affecting on lerning achievement of industrial education faculty students at rajamangala university of technology phra nakhon. the sample population included 254 students from induatrial education facuity students. the questionnaire was a research instrument. analysis statistics was done by fraqquency percentage arithmetic means standard deviation and test the relationship between learning achievement with factors affecting on learning achievement bypearson product moment coefficient correlation analysis of the multiple regression to predict learning achievement. the research resuits can be summarized as follows : 1. Overall learing achievement was highly rated. 2. Characteristics leamers factor psychological characteristics behavior between teachers and students individual behavior extermal driving force have a positive relationship on learning achievement of students were relations are positive achoevement on learning achievement of students in the faculty of industrial education were found significantly different at the 0.05 level.

เนื่องด้วยงานวิจัยในปัจจุบันเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาหาสารออกฤทธิ์ทางชีวภาพตัวใหม่เป็นงานที่ได้รับความสนใจ เนื่องจากปัจจุบันมีความต้องการในด้านยาตัวใหม่ เพื่อการรักษาโรคระบาดที่มีความรุนแรง ที่มีการติดเชื้อซ้ำซ้อน หรือมีการดื้อต่อยา ด้วยแนวทางการวิจัยที่ทีมผู้วิจ้ยที่เน้นการศึกษาหาเชื้อจุลินทรีย์ในธรรมชาติที่เจริญเติบโตบนเปลือกทุเรียนและมังคุดที่มีคุณสมบัติในการสร้างสารออกฤทธิ์ชีวภาพ ได้ถูกพัฒนาขึ้นมา เพื่อประโชน์ในการยับยั้งจุลินทรีย์ที่ก่อโรคทั่วไปที่มักก่อปัญหาดังกล่าว จากงานวิจัยที่คณะผู้วิจัยคัดเลือกเชื้อจุลินทรีย์ธรรมชาติที่เจริฐบนเปลือกผลไม้ทั้งสองชนิดนี้มาทดสอบอย่างละ 300 clones หรือสารพันธุ์ ได้พบว่าสามารถคัดแยกแบคทีเรียที่บริสุทธิ์แล้วอย่างน้อย 20 เปอร์เซ็นต์ของทั้งสองกลุ่มจากเปลือกทุเรียนและเปลือกมังคุด ที่มีศักยภาพในการออกฤทธิ์ต้านแบคทีเรียก่อโรค เช่น Stapphylococcus Bacillus และ E.coli โดยให้ผลบอกของการทดสอบด้วยวธี disc diffusion test ในระดับตั้งแต่ +2 เมื่อเทียบกับการยับยั้งการเจริบเติบโตของเชื้อเหล่านี้ด้วยยาปฏิชีวนะ
