This project design and constructions high voltage high frequency transformer or tesla transformer. The tesla transformer is design at 500 kV rating voltage and 250 kHz resonant frequency. By coupling air axle and have the air are the electric insulator between primary coil and secondary coil Which primary coil test at 60 degree Group part spark gap is will the Electrostatic gap. This paper propose and consider high voltage high frequency transformer at 500 kV and 250 kHz rated. For use a transformer aforementioned is the equipment for test flash over prenouaena of porcelain insulator and electric insulation.

Today Thailand has been facing the energy problems due to the limited sources of natural energy. Meanwhile the power consumption has been growing constantly and the tendency of consumption increases each year. Therefore to solve these energy problems especially in electricity-generating power which have been demanded throughout the country the National Economic and Social Advisory Council had a resolution to submit the Cabinet the comments on nuclear-electricity generation and proposed the government for approval on August 24 2003. The government assigned the National Energy Commission’s policy to set out the electricity production plan by nuclear power plant requiring that the power house during 2020-2021 will be established. The Electricity Generation Authority of Thailand (EGAT) has executed “the Power Development Plan 2007” established the many sets of committees to accommodate the plan and carried out surveying for dominant information for examples parameters and variables issues of resulting effect and economic expansion so that these would be summarized and submitted to the government under the production plan procedure set out by EGAT. According to the production plan for future energy reserves the new power houses have been established. To accommodate the economic expansion some potential factors needed to be taken into consideration included fuel supplied and low cost. Previous researches demonstrated that nuclear power plant was lowest on cost. In present study the appropriate model of unit cost for electricity generation in Thailand was examined. This research is Design and construction board led dot matrix was create for study about microcontroller. It apply to use in communication & information indoor type by sending messages from computer on internet network systems. This research has implemented LED dot matrix display for display message characters. The research is composed of 4 major parts: the first part is LED dot matrix display with dimension of 16x192 dots. The second part is the control circuit by using a micro-controller ARM 7 which receives the data from computer the third part by using Microsoft Visual Basic. the forth pat program remote desktop. From tests and results we have found that it can display the message characters which move from Internet System successful.

Thermoelectric properties of cubic perovskite SrTiO3 have been investigated. The energy band structures are calculated using the total energy plane-wave pseudopotential method within the local density approximation (LDA) and generalized gradient approximation (GGA). The calculated energy band structures are then used in combination with Boltzmann transport equation to calculate the thermoelectric parameters of doped SrTiO3 especially seebeck coefficient electrical conductivity and electronic thermal conductivity.
