Technology Transfer: Return Productive Citizen into the Society
Technology Transfer: Return Productive Citizen into the Society

“Technology transfer to return productive citizen into the society” is a project of the technology clinic Rajamangala University of Technology Pra Nakhon Chumpornkhet-udomsak. The project objectives are job training for female prisoners and transferring good technological techniques to the community. The target group is female prisoners from the Central Prison and Thonburi Prison. The project is a vocational training workshop. It is found that 100% of trainees are satisfied with the program at a high level and businessmen are interested in ordering the prisoners’ handicraft products to sell in the country and export to other countries.

Study of Ozone Generator with Electric Fields Distribution on Water Surface
Study of Ozone Generator with Electric Fields Distribution on Water Surface

This paper proposes a study of an Ozone generator. The generator under the study is designed using the electrode with uniform field. The electrode is constructed in the plane shape with positive potential. The transformer oil is used as insulating materials to prevent discharges around the electrode discharges in the air void depends on the size the types of dielectrics and level of applied voltage. Between the electrode and the air void there is acyclic dielectric. The stainless electrode with water is used as a ground potential. The breakdown depends on the electric field intensity. It is found that there is sufficient amount of ozone due to the ionization Development and design ozone generator this research electric field intensity on the water type and this can be used as a principle to construct a new type of ozone generator.

Benefit, Cost and Break Even Point Analysis of Biodiesel Production from Palm Fatty Acid
Benefit, Cost and Break Even Point Analysis of Biodiesel Production from Palm Fatty Acid

The research analyzes benefit cost and break even point including sensitivity of making biodiesel production factory from palm fatty acid. Biodiesel production system of Thailand Institute of Scientific and Technological Research (TISTR) is used for this study. It is found the present net value has been a deficit of 27024966 baht. The sensitivity of the project has been analyzed by increasing selling price of biodiesel of 5% and 7.5% but reducing material price of 10% and 20%. It is found the present net value still has been deficient. The project will payback at 5th 8th and 10th year be with selling price of biodiesel. is about 31.71 baht per litre. Therefore the cost of palm fatty acid should lower than 2.89 3.05 and 3.82 baht per kilogram. If selling price of biodiesel about 33.30 baht per litre the cost of palm fatty acid should be lower than 4.65 4.82 and 5.58 baht per kilogram. respectively.

Color Removal in Wastewater form Traditional Alcoholic Beverage Factory by Chemical Process : Using Aluminium Sulphate with Burned Husk
Color Removal in Wastewater form Traditional Alcoholic Beverage Factory by Chemical Process : Using Aluminium Sulphate with Burned Husk

Feasibility Study of the enhancing of the color removal efficiency in wastewater using aluminium sulphate with burned husk as a core coagulant in the coagulation process is investigated. The compositions of wastewater from traditional alcoholic beverage factory are given as follows: pH of 4.15-4.24 suspended solids of 204-300 mg/l COD of 4761-5644 mg/l color intensity of 21.05-35.90 S.U. and turbidity of 166-197 NTU. The experimental results revealed that using aluminium sulplate at concentration 0.4 g/l with burned husk sieve number 100 mesh at 2.2 g/l and aluminium sulphate at 0.5 g/l together with burned husk of size 200 mesh at 2.6 g/l can enhance the efficiency of color removal in wastewater. The color removal efficiencies were at 83.06% and 86.00% respectively.

A Comparative Study of Learning Achievement, Retention, and Preference in the Use of Game Eaching and Conventional Teaching : Industrial Technical Drawing Course
A Comparative Study of Learning Achievement, Retention, and Preference in the Use of Game Eaching and Conventional Teaching : Industrial Technical Drawing Course

The purposes of this study were to compare the learning achievement retention and preference of students in teaching with games and the conventional teaching in reading the first-angle projection the third-angle projection isometric picture and auxiliary view according to the first-year diploma curriculum. Students were devided in to two groups: the experimental and the control group. The research instruments were the sets of games models transparencies achievement and retention test and the preference guestionnaires develop ped by the researcher The t-test was used to find the mean score difference. The findings were : 1) the learning achievement in learning with games was higher than that of the conventional teaching at .05 level of significance 2) the learning retention in teaching with games was higher than that of the traditional teaching at .05 3) the learning preference in teaching with games was higher than that of the conventional teaching at .05 level of significance.
