Sweet tamarind is a unique and economic plant of Phetchaboon province and it has already been geographical indication (GI) registered. One of its main problems is fungal degeneration which cannot be physically visible. This causes the consumer’s uncertainty on its quality especially sweet tamarind from small communities. This led to the study on the use of household heat to reduce fungal degeneration by steaming at 100oC for 50 60 70 and 80 minutes and drying in the hot air oven at 70oC for 3 hours. It was found that increasing the heat resulted in darkening the sweet tamarind color and heightening up its content moisture (p<0.05) statistical significance. Drying temperature at 60 70 and 80oC revealed the higher the heat the shorter the drying time and the sweet tamarind content was darker. In addition drying significantly decreased the moisture and preference score of sweet tamarind (p<0.05). The storage of sweet tamarind in mesh bag at ambient temperature revealed that the increase of the storage time resulted in a significant increase in the moisture of the sweet tamarind shell (p<0.05) and could preserve the tamarind for at least 12 weeks without the deterioration from the fungus.

Differential evolution is one of the most efficient optimization algorithms for solving complication problems including single objective multiobjective and many-objective optimization. It is a stochastic population-based search approach for optimization over the continuous space. The main advantages of differential evolution are simplicity robustness and high speed of convergence. The Advanced Fuzzy-based Multiobjective Differential Evolution (AFMDE) that exploits three performance metrics specifically hypervolume spacing and maximum spread to measure the state of the evolution process. The fuzzy inference rules are applied to these metrics in order to adaptively adjust the associated control parameters of the chosen mutation strategy used in AFMDE. The optimization algorithm will stop the evolution process if the number of iterations reaches the stopping criteria which usually is the maximum number of iterations. Then the optimization algorithm delivers the optimal solution founded. However sometimes if the maximum number of iterations is not appropriately defined the found solutions may not be the optimal ones. In case of the optimization algorithm has found the optimal solutions but it must continue the evolution process because the stopping criteria are not met. This can cause unnecessary using of high computational resources and time-consuming. Therefore this research study proposed the stopping criteria based on performance metrics feedback for AFMDE. The efficiency of the proposed criteria combined with AFMDE is evaluated on the well-known ZDT benchmark test suites.

The purposes of this research were to : 1) knowledge 2) attitude 3) vegetables and fruits consumption Behavior 4) the relationship between knowledge and consumption of vegetables and fruits Behavior and 5) the relationship between the attitude of junior high school students Srinakharinwirot University Demonstration School (secondary). The samples junior high school students School University Srinakharinwirot (secondary education) were studying into 2nd semester 2017 academic year 268 people used the questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency percentage mean standard deviation and the Chi-Square. The results showed that to : 1) most students have no knowledge of the consumption of fruits and vegetables at a good level 2) attitude to the consumption of vegetables and fruits of students were moderating 3) most students have been a habit of consuming vegetables and stir occasionally the consumption of leave stems the fresh fruit consumption was often an apple banana orange grape mango guava strawberry and pineapple were the reason. Consumption of vegetables was delicious and fruit consumption because was delicious the food choices breakfast of steamed boiled and poached. Lunch fried food and dinner choices eat steamed boiled and poached. For snacks breakfast and afternoon snacks were eating oranges and grapes .The consumption of vegetables in one day less than 4 ladles and fruit consumption in one day less than 3 parts 4) the relationship between knowledge consumption of vegetables and fruit to the consumption of vegetables and fruits found that the relationship between the frequency of consumption of processed foods such as vegetables pickled dried and the frequency of consumption of fruit compote. The frequency of consumption of fruits and stir. There was no relationship between and 5) the relationship between attitudes in the consumption of vegetables and fruits with the consumption of vegetables and fruits found that the relationship between the frequency of consumption of fresh vegetables fruit pickle consumption frequency. The reason for vegetables and for the consumption of fruit and what kind of fruit consumption. Statistically significant was at the .05 level. There were no relationship.

“The Development of Decoupaged Lanna Pattern Bamboo Curl Folk Craft by Ban Rong Don Chai Community in Sarapee Chiang Mai of Thailand” research project’s objectives are 1) To design Thai Lanna pattern for decorates the decoupaged bamboo curl folk craft 2) To survey the decoupaged bamboo curl folk craft customers satisfaction 3) To provide the knowledge and technology on Decoupaged Lanna Bamboo Curl Folk developing The research instrument is a target satisfaction survey which has been analyzed on descriptive statistics . Studied and designed unique Lanna patterns from 3 important religious places of Chiang Mai- Wat Pra Singha Woramahawihan Wat Duang Dee and Wat Chedi Luang which has their own different outstanding Lanna art. 1) Splendid stucco art from Wat Pra Singha Woramahawihan 2) Finely wood carving art from Wat Duang Dee 3) Brilliant Lacquer and gold leaves art from Wat Chedi Luang Woramahawihan Their outstanding Lanna art has inspired a new design which has developed to use for decorating the Lanna bamboo curl folk craft such as home decor souvenirs and home utensils. 25 targets of the satisfaction survey have been impressed on “The Development of Decoupaged Lanna Pattern Bamboo Curl Folk Craft by Ban Rong Don Chai Community in Sarapee Chiang Mai of Thailand” research project. Considering on each field- subject curriculum design expert materials facilities value and utility got the highest impressions scores. The overall averages also shows that every fields got the impression score on ‘most satisfied’

The purposes of the study were to study 1) the demographic characteristics 2) the level of the marketing mix factors that affect food consumption behaviors 3) the level of knowledge about nutrition 4) the food consumption behaviors and 5) the relationship between factors that affect food consumption behaviors and food consumption behaviors. The subjects were 159 non – commissioned officers under royal aide de camp department who worked for a year in 2015. To collect data the research instrument wasquestionnaire. The statistics used to analyze the data were frequency percentage mean standard deviation and chi-square. The data analyzed by SPSS. The research found that 1) the most respondents were mostly female age range in 31 - 40 years married graduated Bachelors degree Sergeant major 1st class/Chief petty officer 1st class/Flight sergeant 1st class the average income of between 20001 - 30000 baht per monththere were members of the family 3 - 4 people and domiciled in Bangkok and Suburbs 2) thequality of the food’s average score were the highest score3) the respondents generally haveknowledge of nutrition in the very good level 4) the respondents mostly eat fresh food buyingfood 3 - 4 times per week and 5 - 6 times per week eating 3 meals a day buying fooddaily buying food in the evening the average expense is between 51 - 100 baht buying foodfrom markets and restaurants regardless of their own to buy food deciding to buy food for goodhealth and 5) the number of family members related to the average expense per time in buyingfood the source of buying food the person who influences on buying food and the factorsaffecting the decision to buy food. While the level of education correlated with place of buying food.In addition the rank correlated with the average in buying food at a time. Besides average monthly income is related to the day to buy. Moreover the hometown is associated with the number of meals eaten per day. Similary the status is related to the average expense per time in buying food. The food quality related to the person who influences on buying food and the deciding factor in buying food. And the knowledge about nutrition related to the period to buy food and place of buying food. At the Statistical significance level of .05.
