การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนระหว่างนักศึกษากลุ่มที่มีการทดสอบย่อยก่อนเรียนกับกลุ่มนักศึกษาที่ไม่มีการทดสอบย่อยก่อนเรียน และเพื่อศึกษาเจตคติต่อการเรียนของนักศึกษากลุ่มที่มีการทดสอบย่อยก่อนเรียนกับกลุ่มนักศึกษาที่ไม่มีการทดสอบย่อยก่อนเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี คณะเทคโนโลยีคหกรรมศาสตร์จำนวน 77 คน ในภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2552 ซึ่งได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน แบบวัดเจตคติต่อการเรียน ผู้วิจัยวิเคราะห์ข้อมลโดยหาค่าสถิติพื้นฐานและค่า t-test for dependent sample ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักศึกษา หลังเรียนระหว่างกลุ่มทดลอง (มีการทดสอบย่อยก่อนเรียน) และกลุ่มควบคุม (ไม่มีการทดสอบย่อยก่อนเรียน) พบว่า คะแนนเฉลี่ยของนักศึกษาวิชาศิลปะการตกแต่งเสื้อ ในกลุ่มทดลองไม่มีความแตกต่างทางสถิติอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และคะแนนเฉลี่ยของนักศึกษาวิชาเทคโนโลยีเครื่องดื่ม และวิชาการร้อยมาลัย ในกลุ่มทดลองมีความแตกต่างทางสถิติอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 2. ผลการศึกษาเจตคติต่อการเรียนของนักศึกษาวิชาศิลปะการตกแต่งเสื้อ วิชาเทคโนโลยีเครื่องดื่ม และวิชาการร้อยมาลัย พบว่าเจตคติต่อการเรียนของนักศึกษาโดยเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับดี (= 3.68 4.02 และ 3.99) สรุปได้ว่า เจตคติของนักศึกษาอยู่ในระดับดีทั้งกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุม

The Purpose of this research is to investigate employment and unemployment status of Bachelors degree graduates in academic year 2006 in order to gain relevant data for preparing educational plan of Rafamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The population of this study consists of 2791 Bachelors degree graduates in academic year 2006 form 6 faculties : the Faculty of Industrial Education the Faculty of Home Economics Technology the Faculty of Mass Communication Technology the Faculty of Business Administration the Faculty of Engineering and the Faculty of Architecture and Design. The tool used in this study is an Employment Survery for Gradnates in Academic Year 2006. Data was collected both through telephone contact and surver questionnaires collected from graduates on Degree Commencement Practice day.

This research aimed to study problems and needs of students and teachers in using registration website of Rajamangala University of Technology PhraNakhon based on genders age faculties and internet access experience. The samples were 400 undergraduate students and 233 teachers from Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The research tool was a questionnaire. Data collection was analyzed by SPSS (Statistics Package for Social Science) to find percentage mean and standard deviation (S.D.) T-test and f-test were used to find different problems and needs inusing registration website. The research findings were as follows;

The purposes of this research were to collect the data about Thai cuisine from four regions to design and implement database about Thai cuisine and transfer on internet and to tranfer the technological database about Thai cuisine from four regions. The research process involved studying data collecting the lists of regional Thai cuisine : the North Northeast Central and Southern collecting the information about food recipes materials and tools choosing the appropriate data taking pictures materials and tools designing and implementing web database creating computer system developing computer system installing computer software in order to input data testing the system and transferring web database on internet. The result was found that regional Thai cuisine web database was divided into 4 categories21 Kinds of cooking methods 293 data of food with recipes 108 data of food without recipes 138 items of materials and 39 items of tools for perparing and serving food. The objectives of this lnstitutional research were an evaluation of using curriculums by studying and comparing opinion levels of students teachers and administrators inclusion in students’ satisfaction for educational process of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The 1415 samples of this study were 1259 students’ 134 teacher and 22 administrators from six faculties which are as follows faculty of lndustrial Textiles and Fashion Design’ faculty of Science and Technology faculty of Engineering faculty of lndustrial Education faculty of Home Economics Technology and faculty of Mass Communication Technology. The data were collected by questionnaires and grouping by the samples. The results of this study were analyzed by percentage average value and Likert scale.
